mean it.

Noah pushed it a little too far by standing up protectively next to Olivia. Ayden became intimidated and puffed out his chest like a blow fish. That made Noah chuckle. "You honestly think I'm going to let you even look at her again? She told you to leave her alone, she doesn't want you around anymore." Ayden looked up in shock at the words that Noah had just said.

Olivia stood up next, but no one really paid any attention to her, cause the scene that was unfloding in front of everyone else was too great. It was like watching a lion go heat-to-head with a buck who's rack was too big for it's britches.

Noah was very intimidating and if he wanted to, he could really knock down Ayden in a swift swoop, it shouldn't be that hard. Some people were encouraging a fight, others were telling Noah it wasn't worth it, or reminding Ayden that his parole wasn't completely up yet, and getting into a fight would cause Ayden to go to jail. That's what he get's for getting into all those fights last year.

Ayden threw the first hit, but it didn't hit Noah, it landed on Olivia's right arm, and that's when Noah lost all control and pushed Ayden away from her and away from the crowd. The officer came up again, and grabbed Noah, and the principal grabbed Ayden. Noah wasn't going to hit Ayden, maybe a few said words, but he didn't want to hit Ayden. Ayden was still swinging at Noah for a while, until the officer was able to let Noah go after he realized that Noah wasn't going to hit him back. It looked like Ayden got tired and he just gave up trying to struggle and get out of their grasp, and stopped swinging long enough for them to put the cuffs on.

Noah didn't really care how long he had detention for, just as long as he knew that Olivia was okay, that's all that mattered. Noah's head started to spin, Ayden had actually hit Olivia, and he didn't know if he meant to do that or if he was trying to hit him and missed. But that still isn't okay, and that made Noah mad.

Noah tried to find Olivia, but when he went to the place where he had left her, she was gone. The bell hasn't even rang to go to third period yet, but the crowds are starting to form, and it is making it hard for Noah to get passed to find her.

Noah had stopped at the table that they were at, and by this time the bell has rung and kids started to leave for class. Ayden shouldn't be bother her no more, he violated parole. And if he does get out of jail, then he won't be allowed back on school premises. No felons allowed policy.

Noah turned around and started to walk to third when little arms wrapped around him, and when he looked down, he saw that familiar light brown hair. "Hey, I'll walk you to class, get your things." Olivia didn't move. She jusst stood there for a minute, then she shook her head. "I don't want to go to class. I want to go home." Noah shook his head. "No, you need to stay at school. Come on, I'll walk you to class, I won't let anything happen to you, I promise. Ayden won't be bothering you again."

What was so shocking to Noah was how fast their relationship was progressing, they just became friends, and now he is sticking up for her and treating her like she was his girlfriend, he would treat he so much more better if she were. And for once for that past few years, Noah felt happy. An actual smile was on his face and he was able to actually laugh without it being forced out.

It was hard enough already to go on with life without his mother, but he still made it this far. He can keep going. He's kept going, and if his mother were to look down on him now, she would be proud, so proud, to see that he's made it this far without her, even though he's needed her through so much, he still made it this far.

Third and fourth period went by faster than normal, and when school was let out, Noah rode home with Olivia instead of riding the bus all the way home.

Noah knew now that Ayden was going to jail that he shouldn't bother Olivia for a while, and that made Noah sad because he didn't have an excuse to walk her to class anymore, and that made his heart hurt just a little. Olivia pulled into her driveway, Noah thanked her for the ride and got out of the car and walked over to his house.

Troye isn't home yet, he rides that bus home. Noah felt glad that he had a few minutes to himself without his brother. Noah sat down on his bed for a few minutes and enjoyed the silence while his dad was at work, and his brother is still sitting on the bus. Noah just closed his eyes and rested for a minute, until he heard his brothers bus stop just down a little ways at the bus stop, which is just a few feet from the house. Noah didn't get up to unlock the door, Troye has a key anyways.

Then he remembered that when he walked in, that he say his brothers key's sitting on the counter, and chuckled, then got up out of bed to go let in his brother, but not with out a little punishment for leaving his keys home, when I might have had football practice today, which was canceled due to the field flooding. Noah stood in front of the door, hearing his brother cuss as he was looking for his keys. Troye walked off the front porch and headed for the back, which is now also locked.

Noah tried hard not to laugh as his brother walked around the house to find a way in, and Troye's room was on the top floor, so he wouldn't be able to get into his room without a ladder, and his window was instructed to stay locked by their father. And, all of this could have been avoided if he would get himself up in the morning's instead of waiting for his brother to wake him up. It's not Noah's responsibility to wake up his brother for school, it's their alarms. And last time Noah checked, he isn't a digital clock.

Noah gave in and opened the door and let his brother in.

She Cries When She's Sad

 *Ayden's POV*:

If starting a fight with Noah was the only way that he could get Olivia back, then that is what he will do, that is what Ayden thought when he was sitting down at the lunch table, with Noah was all over Olivia. That made Ayden so mad and so hurt. He wanted nothing more but to keep punching him until he is nothing but a bloody pulp on the ground.

Ayden realied just how tall he was then, and how lean he was. Ayden still didn't care, just as long as he got his point across that he isn't going to let any man or women be around his girl like the way Noah has been.

Noah's been walking her to class and holding her hand, that's Ayden's job, or that's more what he thought was his job. All Ayden ever thinks about is being with Olivia. She's his sun and moon, his everything. They've been together for so long that he doesn't know what to do without her. And when she left him the first time, he was a wreck. His heart broke when she said those cuel words to him, but he deserved it, he knew he did, and he went and did it again a few months later, after they had gotten back together. He admits that what he did was wrong, he beats himself up for it every day, but yet, Ayden does nothing to change it.

But there Ayden is, right after the fight, getting arrested, and maybe even charged. Ayden knows that starting a fight with Noah isn't the greatest idea ever, but it's hard to just sit there and watch his only love life become destroyed. Too much time and effort went into that relationship, and he fucking it up, and he fucked it up again. Ayden knew what he did. Multiple time, actually. Some Olivia knew, some she didn't. Most were just online, quick little picture here and there, nothing really huge. At least, nothing he really thought was huge. He didn't feel anything for them, so that must not be cheating right?

Wrong. He didn't know that then, but he knows that know, a little too late.

He cut off all ties with all the other girls. Ayden told them that he wanted nothing to do with them and to move on. Of course, this was all before he was thrown to the ground my a huge man.

The police called Ayden's mother. He's going to have to hear about this for quite some time.
