I needed it done we would have to make it simple . Our people were like nomads. Their people skills consisted of family and same sex individuals. For example they knew how to deal with each other man to man, but not in a mixed environment. So I decided to make the jobs the focus and not the people. Our people were aggressive. They could interped danger or aggression from others so they would spend most of the time defending themselves and then eventually fighting so the jobs were skill driven. I would have men for the most part go to the army first then fill in strength wher it was need for strong jobs and women where needed for picking, carrying, and jobs that had them in place all day. I would eventually make my rounds to make sure that everything was done exactly right each day. I think the most important thing was the fact that everyone took pridei n their work and everything was relative. The women in our kingdom loved to dance, they would perform for me or they would od a special dance at my arrival. Women would also stand as witness to life and as communicaters of our safety and security. Everyone in our kingdom considered themselves royal an at this time in Egypt we had a great sense of pride and accomplishment that came from the integrity of our people and the patience of the work and power of their love. My father was agreat man and it wash im who said eveyron has their place and it was a challenge form e becase I could not undreand why my love was not for all. Ny father said that greatness was to be respected at best and if not understood then use your love and at that moment, because you will see who you are in the light and eye fo God. The love of our women was for all tthey nurtured us and at each moment they would share the wisdom that carried us on high. We were strong men. Family men who would protect, nurture and celebrate the joys of life, and also show the truest forms of respect in mind with who we are in the sight of God. I sued to look at the women dancing andyou could see that life was about joy and ot the work we all did eachday after everything we did life was about being happy, rejoicing, and sharing time with each other. Most men would drink beer made form the wheat and tell stories of the old times to each other. Since the greatest debate of all was who was who and who understood what about the overall outlook of our people and the understanding and connection each of us had as individuals in relevance to God. We were God fearing people. We gavethanks for al lthings. We came from atime of little to beign one of the ewealthiest kingdoms in history. This is how the story of this present time went. My uncle ay and his set of relatives werethe leaders whe ni was very young. At that time we were people of the desrt. The entire kingdom wewere not settled an each day ymy family would debae on the direction of our forward rogress. As the schosen one I was believed to be the savior for our situation and the only hing I could think of ws what was infront of me. So people should do more of it we should move in adifferent directioni and relocate. Eventually the leaders of our desert kingdom divided some of our lighter colored people left towards new England and it was a sad time for me because I had come to love them because of who we all were as people. Now these were some of our noble some of our higher level leaders who ahd a lot to say about what was right and wrong about our kingdom. As the chosen one iwas invited into these conversation, but as a real person I oucld not leadour people solely by mself and that is oemthing I had come to understand that as the biggest lesson form the desert experienced when ost of the nobles left. I began to become thorugh the desert during my play time as a way to use my enrgy during the usual meeting moments iwould com abck to see what y father mother and uncle ay had goin on to check in on the days progress andto show my mother that I was OK. I began to use this time as aw ay to let God guide meto anything that would be an asset our help for our desert kingdom. Our people were starving to death andfood and kill ebganto get scarce and scarce. One day my uncle ay decided it was time for achange. We began to gather everyone and everything and looked for a direction. My uncle then ells at me “TUT go out to play” and im thinking to myself this is an opportunity for me to lead inside of our group and he wants me to play, what’s going on? He says forward as soon as I broke camp and everyone and everything began to follow me. I didn’t know exactly where or what to do, so I and my playmate began to do what we did each day as we left camp, and it happened. The same epiphany I used ot run at play away from myfriends is the same enrgy I used that dya to lead our pack toward what God had for us all. Iremember coming bck to camp at the endo fthe days and going right back out in the morning with the same inspiration. Then one after noon we saw something in the disitance. We didn’t know what it was and athtat very moment of a foot race bbroke out. We ran and ran andfinally reached a field of wheat. The first thing ithought was wow. How we can feed all of our people and maybe even set up camp so we could rest a few days and regroup. Now one of the great things about my uncle ay was he was agreat leader he pushed us hard and expected everyone todo the same thing. The wheat field seeed endless and in the backgroundyou could see mountains that stood as tall as heaven. I can still remember my grandmothers voice saying “To God be the glory.” And at htat moment something told me this was and is our final stop. We ate like ings and even the freshness of the grass was edible to ur sense after all the days and nights in the desert. People in our camp knew to make differnet things out of the wheat and by night fall you wold have thought that that we had been in this location before. When the day broke you could still see people munching away at wheat and beginning to make bread, beer and any other preparations that came to mind. I decided this was the perfect opportunity to explore. Now keep in mind we as a people were always on the look out for older kingdoms of our people to help give us direction and vision towards our beliefs and survival. The reason we ended up in the middle of the desert is because as a people food was low and we believed that a journey to the past would and could bring us what we needed to survive. Our time in the desert was similar in location towhere the sphinx is how we looked to the ancient writings of our fellow people to guide us I wisdom and when times became too hard some wanted to continue with the routine of searching for old ruins and some wanted to pioneer our own path. This had us infront of what most people would call a million dollars, so we started to go out sas we always did and my uncle ay decided to come out with us this time. I thought to myself “He must feel very secure with the situation to leave everyone behind.” But we ended up taking some of my uncles and father and other men and women to survey the land. Many people came across different things like water holes, wild turkeys and a lot of smakes. Me I kept going something told me to keep moving forward so finally me, my uncle ay, and afew other people get ot a spot directly opposite of the wheat field and a pretty good distance away from it, and then all of a sudden my uncle ay yells “STOP”, the air stood still. Welooked around and he said this is it, this is home, at that I was already in a state of euphoria. It was something about that very spot that made everything about our challenges go away. Immediately my uncle set for men and when they returned we began to build at htat very spot. My grandmother and mother and most of the elders came behind to see what we found. My grandmother began to jubilate with joy from the presence of mind and the vibe from the area. B night fall we had built a mini village. We all camped out under fire, and for the first time in a long time we all stayed up all night singing and dancing all night. We were so happy, the peace was so cool. My grandmother was smiling and laughing. It was a grerat time. The next day we began to plan on how we were going to build the palace. We knew immediate family would receive space in the big house so we had to make sure that he other elders and respected nobles were treated with royalty, respect, and place inside of the palace for sfety and health concerns. We designed the palce with my grandmotherin mind, but the overall design was made in respect for the gift that me and my sisters shared. As aire to the throne respect was shown as I was to someday be the leader of our people and the shape of the palace would be symbolic to the overall layout for our futre. To my surprise some of our people knew how to make cement out of wheat and it gave us everything we needed to wrolk day in and day out without any cause for worry. Building the kingdom was like a block party. Most people looked ot be busy doing anything that could be said ot be worthy. At this time in our lives we were so happy to be settling that every effort was to bring a continued joy to the consciousness of the feeling of hope and desire that the fire of the moment had set. While building my uncle decided that we need to set up borders so outsiders would be identified and if anyone from our past made it to our new location we would be aware of who and what they were when we walked around new Egypt you could sense our ancestors with us, but the peace that God gave was the command my uncle used to order our steps. It began with clearing fields, cutting trees, and creating paths of travel that eventually became the modern day Egypt of today. We were also geared to the clearing of the landscape that it was hard to tell who was who. Now in ancient Egypt there were many tribes and our tribe was afamily of descendants, but not all carried the identity and makeup that we did, even though the old African folklore is that we all come from one. What I noticed within a few days to a week was that our group number had grown, and with everyone so busy each day it became hard to know and understand who was who. The one thing that kept everything relative
