happened. So don't you rush to drive and get here safely.” Though Jenny didn't say much on the phone, it was still not enough to ease my sudden anxiety.

“And yes, could you please bring some of the men's clothes over here?” She added further which definitely freaked me out this time.

“What? Jenny, tell me. What happened? Are you sure everything is fine?” I asked Jenny holding my breath in, hoping not to get any bad news.

“Yes, I am sure. Don't worry. I am waiting for you at home. See you here soon and I also made dinner for us. Okay?” Came Jenny's reply, which helped me to calm myself for a bit at least. Even though I was still curious about what happened?

Why Jenny needs men's clothes all of a sudden?

Is she in some kind of trouble?

No, she is not I guess. Because if she was, she would have told me for sure. Then something else might have happened which I just can not figure out yet.

Anyway,

Thinking without any clue won't help but would only increase a tremendous headache for me. So, it was indeed pointless.

“Okay. I am coming.” With that, I hung up the phone as I had reached my bike as well.

Without wasting time I got on the bike only to go to my place first to pick up some clothes from Kaith's room and then again turned my wheels towards Jenny's place as soon as possible.

On my way, I kept thinking about a lot of things that happened to me recently. The night breeze was playing with hair ever so softly as I let myself free to fly high with some unfamiliar feelings which had never occurred to me before tonight.

I was surprised.

Yes,

It just took one single night to turn my whole world to run on a different path which I had never planned to travel before.

I was becoming vulnerable yet determined to take the risk at least for once, for the sake of love. For the sake of my mate. And I knew very well that no matter how hard I try, I could never reject my mate. And I even wondered if my one decision would make me even more unfortunate or not?

Even when it turns out to be a curse on my life instead of a blessing, who cares?

I mean, who has ever cared for me before? Except a very few.

Anyway,

At last, I had reached Jenny's home and parked my bike outside just before I went in to find out what happened with her as well, at the very same night.

But, just when I entered, I was stupefied. Not a single word came out of my mouth and I just kept looking at the two who were sitting on the sofa, bearing some expression on their faces as if I had just caught them red-handed.

Yes,

I saw the two culprits on whom I had my suspicions for long.

One was Jenny and the other was Kaith of course.

“You!!!!...” As soon as I started to get near to beat the hell out of him, Kaith jumped out of the sofa in certain fear, while attempting to hold the little piece of towel tightly around his waist to save himself from the embarrassment.

“Look!.. I can explain it. It is not exactly what you are thinking.” He started to run away from me only to justify himself, while keeping a careful distance from me the whole time, so that I could not get to him before he could even prove his innocence.

“What is there to explain to you dumbass. What are you trying to do being all naked at Jenny's house at this hour? You shit head. Don't even try to tell me that it is all your stupid hormones that could not hold you back anymore from pouncing on your prey?” I yelled with all my might for his stupidity. I can't believe he would do such kind of thing with Jenny when he was determined to wait until he finds his mate all along.

I could not find any reason for his stupid decision.

“I am telling you, you are thinking wrong. Please calm down and let me explain at least. And I can not do that without wearing any clothes. Please, Sam.” Kaith pleaded and he should, obviously, but not to me.

“Don't you ever think that I would let you go that easily after what you did, so what you are my best friend. And most of all I am no one to forgive you, ask Jenny for your forgiveness.” Again I tried to catch that dumbass but he made sure to keep some safe distance from me all the time.

“I am not asking forgiveness to anyone. Cause I did nothing wrong. And give me my clothes. Now.” He even dared to yell back at me?

“You did nothing wrong? Nothing wrong at all? So, what I saw with my own eyes was all a lie? Are you trying to tell me this? You come here, dumbass.” I screamed back once again without bothering to hold myself back.

“Yes. Exactly, and now give me my clothes. And don't you think that I am a fool to go near you right now as you have asked. Throw the bag over here, Sam.” He said with a frown which made me even angrier seeing his audacity.

I had totally forgotten during this whole time that someone else was here too, and was watching us with her shocking wide eyes. Yes, I did forget about Jenny until she came in between to stop us from fighting. And it took only a few words from her to make me all stunned at my place with another sudden revelation.

“Umm... Kaith is my mate, Sam.” She uttered loudly, attempting to gain both of our attention to her, causing us to stop our terrible
