“STOP!” I yelled but it was too late, Derium let go of the villager and I watched it fall to the ground.
“Well, well, well brother what have we here?” he licked the blood from his lips.
“Why are you killing so many people?”
“I’m not just killing, but changing. I’m looking for answers brother,” he said and placed his hands behind his back.
“Answers?”
“Where Lilith is. Lucifer wants all his children back.”
“How many does he have?” I asked.
He smiled, “More than you know.”
“How do you get answers from feeding from them?”
“When I feed from them, their whole life-story comes into me, someone knows where Lilith is buried….” That was all he could get out before he got tackled by Mylicious.
The two ensued in battle and I headed to Sodom to warn the people there. When I got there though, there were two or three other vampires, feeding off the villagers. I didn’t know how to fight, so I acted accordingly and threw the vampires off. They regrouped and came at me, but luckily, they stopped and that’s when I noticed Derium, looking at them.
“At my command they will rip you apart,” he smiled, a sinister smile.
“Then why don’t you do it?” I asked.
“Because, like I said, we have plans for you.”
I looked for Mylicious and saw him laying on the ground some fifty-yards away, he was in wolf form and changing back to human. I could hear his heartbeat, so he wasn’t dead, just beaten. I looked back at Derium and took a step forward, then the rest of the vampires took a step forward.
I didn’t know it but the rest of the villagers of Sodom took notice and picked up pitchforks, axes and whatever else they could grab ahold of. They formed a crowd behind me. The vampires made a move and once again I didn’t know how to fight, but I threw a punch anyways. I caught one, square in the head and it went flying off while its body continued into the crowd, they tore it apart, tossed its limbs into the fire. Derium screamed out in anger and attacked a few more people before talking to me in my head, as a fight broke out.
“You take their side brother?”
“I’m not taking any sides, he attacked me first.”
Then Mylicious appeared out of nowhere back in his wolfen form and started to grab onto vampires and villagers alike and tossed them around. Then, he stood up on two legs, took a deep breath and then let out a loud howl. Everyone stopped, except Derium who had a broken, pitchfork, shaft through his gut and was pinned to the ground. By the grace of Jehovah, I was unscathed, my clothes ripped and tattered, but I, myself, wasn’t hurt.
Mylicious walked over on all fours, he grabbed the shaft with his mouth and yanked it out, freeing Derium, but he didn’t move. Mylicious nudged him with his nose. Derium came to, slowly climbed on top of Mylicious and straddled him. Mylicious shot me a hateful glance, then the two turned around.
“If you know what’s good for you, you will stay away for a while,” Mylicious said in my head.
I watched as they disappeared into the dark. My concentration was broken with hand being placed on my shoulder. I turned, and the villagers of Sodom were standing behind me. They spoke in what would now be considered Hebrew language, but I have taken the time to translate it.
“You fought against those monsters, but you, yourself are not man.” One man said, he was dark complexed, he had a thick, uni-brow and a burly mustache and dark brown eyes. He had a torch and his hand moved from my shoulder to my face and he gave my slight slap, “I thank you!”
“Stay with us for the rest of night and help us until day? We know then we will be safe,” a female villager said, “You can sleep in my hut if you wish.”
“Sleep? What is that?” I asked, which caused a lot them of them to laugh, but I was honest, I didn’t know what they were talking about. Ever since I had been on Earth, I never have experienced this “Sleep” everyone talks about.
The villagers brought me around a fire in the center of the village. There were twelve huts to this village, all not to far from the lake. There were two huts that reeked of fish, by the lake. Villagers would go in and out of it, bringing fish and other meats to the fire. They offered me fish, but I didn’t know the meaning of eating either, for I had no appetite. I guess I could say I had no appetite with food, but with knowledge. It was this that fueled me to stay more than one day in Sodom and helped out.
As I was by the fire another villager came up to me, “Hello, my name Al Hubarb, you helped save my wife tonight and our unborn child, I thank you. We don’t have much to offer, but we do have an extra donkey you can have. He can help you when you weary, and you can ride him to the wherever you are going.”
I knew of donkey’s only from Jehovah’s teachings and being around, watching Nephilim spread, some use to eat them, but I soon found myself fond of the donkey that, at first, I refused, “I can’t take your donkey, I was only helping” I said as a cool breeze from
