Dr. Mottice could see that his friend was quite upset over the recent unfolding of events. He placed his hand on Mr. Garman’s shoulder. “Alright, my friend, let's get going. But first, let me check on Myles.” Dr. Mottice walked over to the limo that Myles was currently inhabiting and knelt by his side. “How are you doing now, Myles?” Dr. Mottice asked in a concerned voice.
Myles, still in a shocked state from his recent encounter with his late grandfather replied, “Better, Doc.”
Dr. Mottice instructed the young man to go back to his hotel and go to bed. “This has been a shock to you, Myles. You need time to process this. What hotel are you at and I will come check on you in the morning?” Myles gave Dr. Mottice his hotel information and promised to check in on him in the morning.
Mr. Garman and Dr. Mottice made their way to his office. They sat across from each other as they dialed Morgan’s lab. There was no answer. They dialed Morgan’s cell phone, again, no answer.

Time Travel
Mr. Garman and Dr. Mottice decided with no answer at the lab, or Morgan’s cell, and no answer on Marsha’s cell, something was wrong. They gathered some files and slides, packed them in their briefcases, and caught the first flight to Akron/Cleveland Airport.
They took a red eye flight that was expected to land before dawn. When they boarded, they were across the aisle from each other with no one in between. Although they both agreed it would be best to discuss further options for an antidotal formula, both Dr. Mottice and Dr. Garman ended up sleeping through the entire flight.
Once they arrived in Cleveland, they took off for the lab at once.
After a speedy hour-long drive, Mr. Garman sprinted to the door and turned the doorknob handle, which to his surprise, was open. The pair walked into the laboratory to find all of the lights left on and all of the beakers and testing samples scattered throughout the room, almost as if an explosion had occurred. Dr. Mottice picked up the pieces of what looked like a microscope. “Oh no, I think the Crisper is damaged.” Papers were strewn all over the lab, and Mr. Garman found Marsha’s phone on the floor, crushed into tiny bits. Next to her phone, was a patch of fur. Mr. Garman picked the hair patch off the floor and examined it between his fingers, carefully inspecting the color and texture of the fur. “Wolfe!” he exclaimed. Dr. Mottice rushed to his friend, curious of his new discoveries. “They took her. They took my dear Marsha! And they took Wolfe with them!” Panic welled up in Mr. Garman’s eyes as he flashed through all of the possible things that could have happened to Marsha.
Dr. Mottice did his best to comfort his friend, but as he glanced down to give his friend a hug, he noticed a piece of paper lying on the floor. “Uh, Garman, you may want to take a look at this…”.
Mr. Garman took hold of the note from Dr. Mottice’s extended hand. The note explained that Marsha and Morgan attempted the Crisper splicing with the Queen’s and drones DNA combined with Morgan’s. There was an explosion when they added the laser to speed things up, which ended up turning Morgan into a hybrid. Based on the description in the note, he looked like half Morgan and half mosquito. He sprouted wings and a stinger-type mechanism for his arm, and worst of all, he buzzed like a mosquito. The note continued explaining that Marsha had Rue and Wolfe by their leash when Morgan took flight and landed on top Wolfe, startling the poor pup. His needle-like arm punctured into Wolfe’s side releasing a small amount of fluid. Next thing they knew, they went forward in time by fifteen minutes. “Hey Dr. Mottice, did you see this portion of the note?” Mr. Garman exclaimed. “They time traveled! They went forward in time!” Mr. Garman continued to read the note. Apparently, Morgan dispensed the same amount of fluid by pulling down on his arm-like needle and they jumped backward in time by fifteen minutes.
“Dad, I knew we had a shot at time travel. We could go back in time and see Bat Masterson ourselves! And since he was a lady’s man, I decided I should go with Morgan. We will bring back a piece of the meteorite gemstone. Know I love you and will get a message to you somehow.”
Dr. Mottice and Mr. Garman looked back and forth between each other in disbelief. Finally, Mr. Garman spoke, “I think I know how they did it. Do you think they will get back? They said he filled his body with the radiated green fluid.”
Dr. Mottice pondered the information and finally spoke. “I would say they have a great chance. I would have never anticipated this, Garman, but I have never thought about this being an avenue for time travel. What we do know is that we have step-by-step what they did and how to repeat every step. Both of us may have to try to bring everyone back home. Are you willing to do this?”
Mr. Garman, would do anything to save his daughter. “Yes, let’s get busy.” Together, the pair rolled up their shirtsleeves and got to work.
“First, we should lay out a timeline, then align the paperwork with each step of the process. It will prevent any missed steps,” said Mr. Garman. They spent the night laying out the timeline, carefully following it step-by-step. After they finished that tedious task, they tackled the disastrous
