“Don’t stop.” I clutched his upper arms as I watched his shoulders flex and move like he was made of pure muscle. Lucifer was so hard and strong inside and around me still, even after that first incredible orgasm. He thrust into me faster, his movements so familiar yet still exciting, and I gasped as he took hold of my hips, raising me to adjust his angle. With the afternoon sun shining down on us and the ocean at my back, I threw back my head and lost myself in the moment.
My lips parted as I sucked in a breath and every muscle tensed inside me as pleasure rushed to my core. His eyes widened as my pussy gripped him tight, and then his seed spilled inside me for a second time. Together we hung in a moment of ultimate pleasure, as if our power had managed to stop time. For all I knew, maybe it did. It wouldn't be the strangest thing I'd seen.
“Hannah,” he murmured between kisses, and though it was only my name, it said everything I needed to hear. It told me that he still loved me as much as he always had. It told me that even though we'd had a baby, our relationship with each other hadn't changed. It told me that our love was eternal.
Then the baby cried out, and we both sighed, pressing our foreheads together with a little laugh. Time to get back to work.

I scanned the gardens with a smile, watching our guests mingle under the pastel pink and yellow tents. Everyone was here, and my heart danced a happy beat seeing all the people I loved grab champagne and little pastries to celebrate Aurora’s birth. Soft music played in the background, and the cool sea breeze kept the air from getting too hot, even under the bright afternoon sun. It was a perfect day for a party.
Before angels and demons moved to Earth, having a baby was so rare and special that it was common to have a big celebration so that others could come and pay their respects. Now that our two races lived on Earth, our fertility had increased and these parties were not as common. We decided to have one anyway, mainly as an excuse to get everyone together in one place, and because Lucifer seemed to want a party. I could take the guy out of Vegas but I couldn't take the Vegas out of the guy.
Lucifer wrapped his arm around me, appearing as I thought of him—as he often did. “What are you thinking about?”
I turned and kissed him, a fleeting brush across his lips. “Just how much you must miss your life in Vegas.”
He glanced at the sleeping baby in my arms. “I don't miss it at all. This moment in time is so fleeting. I want to spend every second with my daughter while I can."
I knew exactly how he felt. Something like sorrow tightened my chest as I watched Aurora, her chubby hand a fist by her face as she slept. Each of these moments was my actual last. Last baby cries, last night wakings, last set of firsts—sitting up, crawling, walking, talking. Even so, I had no regrets at all. I'd saved our family, and knowing Aurora was our last child only made me appreciate every second with her even more.
And today was a day to celebrate her.
Lilith walked down the path toward us, dressed in a short sundress that was both sexy and cute, and I smiled as I saw her. Baal and Gabriel accompanied her, and it never ceased to amaze me that she'd managed to coax both an Archdemon and an Archangel into sharing her. I was glad she was back with them though, especially since she had a daughter with each one.
Then I nearly fell over with shock when Samael appeared and took her hand, then leaned close and gave her a quick kiss. A real kiss too, not just some polite cheek kiss. Were they together now too?
“Did you know?” I asked Lucifer, trying to keep my smile in place, even though my eyes were surely bulging out of their sockets at this unexpected surprise.
Lucifer donned a huge grin. "I guess Samael did a lot more than just talk to Lilith."
It was about time they'd gotten together. Lilith had been flirting hardcore with Samael for a while now, and it was obvious to everyone that Samael still had feelings for her, even though he'd done everything he could to resist her. Obviously he'd finally succumbed to her many charms, and gotten over whatever issues they'd had. Perhaps there was just no resisting a force of nature such as Lilith.
“Well, well,” Lucifer said as the four of them arrived within conversation distance. His eyes danced with amusement and he wore a self-satisfied smirk. "Fancy seeing the four of you together."
“You all look great,” I said, although that was probably no better a phrase to lead with. "It's really wonderful to see you all...getting along so well."
Lilith chuckled, deep and throaty. "Thank you. We're so happy to be here."
Baal rolled his eyes, while Gabriel just shrugged. Samael looked embarrassed by it all and said, "It's all very new, of course."
“Now you need one more to complete your set," Lucifer told Lilith. “What about that fae lord you used to be involved with?”
Lilith’s eyes flared, a small smile capturing her lips. “Never say never.”
Gabriel clasped his hand on Lucifer's shoulder. "Glad to see you're back to yourself again, old friend, and congratulations on the new baby."
"Thank you." Lucifer glanced over at Olivia, who stood with Callan, Marcus, Bastien, and Kassiel as they talked to Raphael and a few other angels. "You sure you don't want another one yourself?"
Gabriel let out a hearty laugh. "I think one is enough for me right now. Although I wouldn't mind a grandkid. Those seem like all the fun with none of the responsibility."
"Grandkids are wonderful," Baal
