manipulated the mirror to make it crystal transparent in a different oblique perspective to help trick Infrared as she was flying towards him, about to strike him. The laser shooting villain stared at the transparent illusion that Sandra created, as he saw her heading towards him. He begins to blast that crystallized transparent image of Sandra coming towards him, but as he destroyed it, she was nowhere to be seen.

SMASH! BAM!

Sandra struck Infrared with her kicks and powered colorful punches to knock him out and prevented him from using his laser trajectory as he struggled to point it towards her. A sudden transformation in the dimension began to form around Infrared, which was a prison cage that the Variegating Spirits created for him to be in exile. Sandra stood there with her cheeks, back, belly and arms still bleeding and hurting. Battle damaged, her hair was messy and so was her clothing, which was about to tear apart piece by piece.

“You are worthy!” the Variegating Spirits responded.

With a sudden bright light forming, the entire dimension was taken over by the bright light as Sandra Richards disappeared from the face of the 4D dimension known as the Polychromatic Dimension.

Sandra landed back into the damaged and burning gymnasium which was about to collapse. She was back on Earth and still had memories of the Polychromatic Dimension. She heard heavy footsteps and the fire trucks; this was her que to get out. She ran towards the far back entrance of the gymnasium and snuck out from the backdoor as she saw firemen and emergency responders running into the damaged gymnasium to see if there was anyone hurt. She snuck past along the back side of the school. As she walked around the perimeter of the school carefully, she saw the side entrance of the school all broken up with debris everywhere with a crowd of students watching a few teenagers running away from the crowd of students. She looked at them from a distance away curiously, she could recognize them, it was Aiden, Luis, Allison, Veronica and Tracy.

She could barely see them, but she knew deep down it was them. She saw Tracy disappear the moment she blinked her eyes, since Tracy demonstrated her superspeed to catch up with Brian Vanrod. Sandra walked outside of the perimeter of the school property, as she did not want to be part of that crowd of students being forced to stand outside doing nothing as the emergency responders were investigating the two attacks that occurred at the school with the FBI onsite, since they thought it could be the work of the Superior-Beings. But deep-down Sandra was heavily worried about her friends if something bad happened to them.

With the bright light shining on her skin, with her tattered clothing, she looked at her forearms, hands and touched around herself, realizing that all the scratches caused by Infrared were gone. The Variegating Spirits must have healed her after she got back onto Earth, she thought. When the word Earth came into her mind, she smiled and happily looked up to the sky of the beautiful Earth she was on. Since she knew school was gonna be cancelled for who knows how long, she decided to test out her flying abilities. Thrusting her energy as she started flying higher and higher happily with her kaleidoscopic glasses on.

“This maybe the weirdest day of my entire life, me gaining these powers or abilities is not what I’ve asked for. I am no Superior-Being, but whatever I am, I am thankful for getting rid of Infrared, off the face of the Earth and proving myself. But I am no hero, I am who am I. I am Sandra Margaret Richards, but you can call me…”, she said those words in her thoughts.

As she was about to enter space, she screamed out loud this time; “Kaleidoscope Girl!” After yelling those words, she continued past the Exosphere, to test her powers to the full potential limit as she started flying around in space in excitement and was laughing in happiness with her own set of oxygen.

2999: Forsaken

Chapter 1

Last Stand

Date: September 9th, 2999

In the far distant future, glowing neon New York City, with tall skyscrapers, flying vehicles and shield generators to protect the Earth from potential meteorites all taking place. The future was not so bright as most would envision it due to the sky being bleak ash grey and blue all day, every day. The cause of the ash cloud covering the entire sky was due to humankind’s grave mistake of trying to get rid of Co2 out of the air. But instead, the newly developed chemical bounds reacted with the Sodium, Magnesium, Chloride and Sulfate chemical elements within the clouds in the sky, which caused expansion of the clouds turning them dark ash grey and navy blue-ish. The dark ash clouds covered all of the sky in the future, meaning even if it was daytime, the future would still be slightly dark but with some light coming to the Earth itself.

Neon upon neon sci-fi themed buildings were sprawling around the very grounds of New York City. The Empire State building no longer existed in New York City; it was replaced by Alcom Tower which was constructed during the 2900s. The tower extruded 8.9 kilometers tall, with 2050 stories, spanning past Mount Everest and about to approach the Stratosphere. It was known as “Earth’s needle” and had myths upon myths. Some believed you could see the entire continent of North America and possibly South America too when on the highest part of it. The tower was shaped like a needle, with an exceptionally large observatory deck at the 2048th floor.

The state of New York City along with the rest of the world was under attack from an oncoming invasion, where the shield generator that was planted on top of Alcom Tower to shield the
