ass again.

“Don’t stop…”

I slap her ass a couple more times, and the muscles inside her begin to tighten. I’m feeling ten feet tall as I bring her to yet another orgasm. Harder and faster, I move in and out while Mia grabs the bed covers and bites the sheets. After a couple of minutes, I’m ready to explode.

Mia reaches between her legs and rubs her clit as I continue to fuck her. It only takes her a few seconds to have what seems like a completely explosive orgasm. Her channel clamps down, and she milks what feels like gallons of semen out of me.

When we’re both spent, I roll over, trying to catch my breath. I close my eyes for a moment, and when I open them, she takes my breath away. I smile, trying to speak while still breathing hard. “That was fun. I like Titan. I can think of a few other things that little rabbit thing could do.” She smiles lazily, rolls toward me, and is instantly asleep.

Chapter 31

Mia

I pull my sweater tighter and step in closer to Axel for his body warmth. You’d never know it was a July summer day. Stinson Beach is always cold, no matter the time of year.

“I’m sorry,” Trey, Sara’s husband, says. “I have a propane tank, but I’ve yet to figure out how to hook it up.”

“I’m always cold,” I say as I snuggle closer to Axel. “Don’t mind me.”

Caroline steps out of the kitchen and brings a long-necked bottle of something to the table. “Whose big ass is that?” She points to her twin brother, who is on the ground searching for where he’s supposed to hook in the propane tank. She looks at me and winks.

Trey jiggles his booty around. “If my ass is big, what does that make yours, twin?”

“Just because we shared a womb doesn’t mean we share anything other than parents.” Caroline—or CeCe to her family and a few friends—is younger than Trey by a couple minutes, and they bicker all the time. It’s actually pretty entertaining.

“Well, that and DNA.”

Caroline rolls her eyes and looks at me. “Come on in and join the ladies as we sit by the fire and gossip about our men.”

“Be nice to Mason,” Trey yells after her. “I missed the last toleration payment I owe him for being married to you.”

“Bite me,” she says as she closes the door behind us.

She’s grinning. “He’s stressed right now. It’s the first time they’ve gotten up here this summer, and usually they live here this time of year. His work has been so busy.”

I look back outside at Dillon, Landon, and Walker, and a few others I don’t know have joined the guys outside. Hopefully someone in that group can figure out how to fix the heat lamps and start the grill. As I turn away, Axel catches my eye, and he winks at me. My stomach gets butterflies.

“Okay, I’ve got to know. Are you and Axel back together?” Toni asks.

I take a seat in the living room, close to the fireplace to take the chill away. “Yeah, we’re good. For a little while Axel got stuck in that pile of fake media Viviana’s Russian hackers put out. He was already overwhelmed, and it just sucked him in at the wrong time. He was not thinking about fact checking in those moments.”

Caroline sits in a big chair close to me and rolls her eyes. “That stuff is the worst. I don’t understand why people believe much of anything they read on the internet. It’s like the wild west.”

I nod.

Emerson hands me a glass of what looks like lemonade. “Peter’s driving, right?”

“Yes,” I answer carefully. I take a big sip and find it’s the perfect lemonade—not too sweet, not too tart, and it packs a punch.

“Who’s the cute guy you came with?” I ask Toni.

“Jimmy Zhang. I introduced him to everyone when you were outside. Our parents set us up.”

“He seems nice.” I look outside for him and spot him talking to Walker. “What do you think?”

She shrugs. “We’ve gone out a few times. He’s a good enough guy. Decent size dick that he knows what to do with, plus he eats pussy.”

I choke on my drink. “Wow, you know him well then.”

“I don’t know.” She shrugs. “My parents really want me to settle down. We’ll see.”

Caroline nods. “My mom keeps asking Mason when she’s going to have grandbabies. I roll my eyes every time she brings it up. First, I didn’t marry early enough and now I’m not pushing out babies fast enough. Be prepared. Once you get married, they move on to bugging you about that. It’s always something.”

Marci sits down next to Caroline and nods her agreement.

“Oh, mine have perfected the art of wanting both.” Toni leans back in the deep couch pillows. “And to add to it, they want someone who’s Chinese—preferably mainland China, and from the right family. I’ve known Jimmy since we were young. His father’s company did business with my father’s. He came to the US for university and went to Michigan, so our families are plotting and planning.”

“How does Jimmy feel about it?” Emerson asks, sitting down on the floor with her three-year-old son, Thomas.

Toni blows out a breath of air. “He’s more resigned to it than I am. It’s a Chinese thing.”

“Does he know about all your work at Chirp?”

“Oh definitely. Jimmy’s the founder of BeeBop, and before that he worked for Prodigy.”

I nod. Prodigy is one of the original Silicon Valley icon companies, and they give generous stock options to those who stick around. BeeBop recently went public and is doing really well. Jimmy has to be, at minimum, a paper millionaire.

“Mason is really excited about BeeBop,” Caroline says. “It’s the next wave of
