"Wow, nice room," I jolted up to see Nathan sitting on the other bed on the floor that was used when I had friends over.
"What are you doing here? I thought you were leaving."
"I was. But I couldn't leave you for too long. I feel and odd attraction to you." I blushed and cursed the fact that he so easily made it happen.
"So, that doesn't explain what you are doing in my room."
"Isn't it obvious? I thought it would be to you." Nathan cocked his head looking at me.
"No, what's supposed to be obvious to me." I looked at him warily.
"Forest. I have feelings for you much more then friendship." My mouth dropped open and I thought my eyes would pop out of my head. I couldn't believe he had out right said what he thought of me.
"Well? Are you going to say anything?" I then realized he was waiting for my reply.
"Oh...um." I didn't know what to say. As if knowing my dilemma he said.
"Don't worry about it. You don't have to say anything right now."
"No I do," I finally said. Taking a calming breath I said.
"I feel the same way about you too," and as soon as those words were out I hid my face behind my hair and hands. I couldn't look at him now, my face was beat red and I didn't want him to see me blushing. I felt my bed indent next to me and an arm pull me next to his chest. The moment he did that my breath caught in my throat and I stiffened a bit.
"Relax. I'm not going to do anything." His deep voice vibrated through his chest and I found myself smiling. Here I was being pressed against the chest of a really good looking boy who had just pronounced his feelings to me and out in the world there were a bunch of boys looking for they key under my pillow.
