Currently they are back in Philadelphia to help her other daughter, Denise and Denise’s son, Johnathan during Denise’s trying times.

Denise Johnson

Alexis’ older sister. She stayed in Philadelphia while her sister and mother moved to Angel Grove to pursue her law degree. She, like her mother is a very caring and determined individual, despite her illness. She is willing to put everything on the line in order to protect her mother, sister and especially her son, Johnathan while struggling with the AIDs virus.

Johnathan Johnson

Denise’s young son.

Dawn Adams

Alexis’ best friend from Philadelphia. Dawn and Alexis had been friends since they were little and Dawn is like another sister to Alexis, almost always knowing what Alexis is thinking. When Alexis moved to Angel Grove, she constantly phoned Alexis to see how she was doing and when Alexis moved back to Philadelphia to help with her sister, Dawn was hoping that things would go back to normal. But she can’t help but see there is a difference in Alexis and worry about those changes, wondering if they are for the good or bad.

Mentors and Allies to Peter Parker (Spiderman)

Aunt May Reilly-Parker

Aunt May has been like a mother to Peter since his parents passed away when he was young. Aunt May sometimes worries about Peter too

much, but she means well. She doesn't know about Peter's alter-ego, which is probably for the best, considering she hates Spider-Man. Aunt May was married to Ben Parker, Peter's uncle, but since he died, she hasn't dated anyone.

Dr. Curt Connors - The Lizard

Dr. Curt Connors lost his arm while in service to the army. On the verge of discovering a way to transfer a lizard's D. N. A. into a human's body to give a human their ability to restore lost limbs, he unwittingly tests it on himself too soon. The D. N. A. restores his limb, but within hours, he became a full-fledged, human lizard!

Peter was Dr. Curt Connor's student, and helped with the experiment, so he feels guilty for Dr. Connor's transformation. Peter (as Spider-Man)

reverses the transformation since he knew the procedure, as he had worked with Dr. Connors on the project. But Dr. Connors occasionally must use the Neogenic Recombinator to prevent it from happening again.

Dr. Connors becomes one of Spider-Man's best allies, as he helps Spider-Man when Spider-Man is on the verge of becoming Man-Spider.

Deborah Whitman

Deborah Whitman is described by Peter to be "the little sister I never had...or wanted."

Deborah's a scientific genius, and went to school with Peter at ESU and was taught by Dr. Connors. While she is a friend to Peter, she's never gotten herself involved with his heroics, though she came awfully close in "Night of the Lizard" in which she encounters The Lizard.

Although Michael Morbius was already in a serious relationship with Felicia Hardy, Deborah couldn’t help falling in love with him. When he was believed to be living in a cave (after his transformation into a bat

), she had a crisis in which she began partying every day and started neglecting her studies, though after helping Mrs. Connors turn the Lizard back into Curt Connors, she realized she wasn’t done with science and went after him in an attempt to see him again and obtain his love. With all of her efforts, he remains in love with Felicia Hardy; she got involved in a relationship with Flash Thompson, though she’ll always love Michael Morbius.

J. Jonah Jameson is the most anti-Spider-Man person ever, probably more than Spider-Man's villains. He dedicates his newspaper, The Daily Bugle

, to exploiting Spider-Man's heroics, and saying that they are criminal deeds.
