This is a short story revolving around a girl after her parents die. I can't really think of anything else to say or else I'll spoil it... Yeah...
Aarihan (Air-ih-han) Smith has been a deaf girl for one complete year now, and no ones knows except for her family. Aarihan starts crushing on a guy named Andrew Kent. He's not all that bright, so Aarihan builds up the courage to offer to tudor him. He finally asks her out. But what will happen when her evil friend, Maya finds out? What will happen when he finds out Aarihan is deaf?
What if a group of friends happen to open Pandora's box and are forced to close it down before things have gone too nasty? What if things going too nasty means the defamation, or rather, the annihilation of the most powerful country in the planet? Check out my preface for more.
