In this day and age it's almost too easy to get lost in the chatter of our minds. Most of our thoughts tend to lead us away from the present moment. This poem is dedicated to reminding us that all any of us ever have is the present.

Dedicated to every caretaker out there who has taken the steps to love someone in need. Although the road is challenging, the rewards are limitless.
