Years and years ago, the fallen warrior Fen nearly wiped out humankind. To aide survival, the remaining survivors devised a plan. Input human brains into androids. In the end, the world was restored, but humans could no longer feel. They had become robots. They had no heart. They could not cry. They could not feel pain. They had no memories, only data. The things of scary movies; the monsters and witches, all of those creatures that are supposed to be make believe, are real. I’ve seen them. And now, we hunt them for prize.
Waiting for a delivery can be very frustrating. I don't know about you but do you feel that when something is going to be sent to you that you believe that you must be very low down the list on the drivers list? It's a short poem. But means a lot to me.
This is a poem I wrote while I was living with my brother and sister-in-law. I uploaded it on a blog and I've gotten a few comments. Hope you like it :)
A Red headed girl went to New York City for her modeling career. Once she got there she realized how wrong she was about modeling and was pressured to work under a contract. The red head starts to release stress by cutting herself, but one day she went too far and was found dead in her bathtub.
Mike Luca is a former, highly trained assassin who has kept the secret from his daughter. When his daughter, Erika, visits him over her break from college. They are attacked and she is taken and held hostage by a former partner who has threatened him to kill his daughter if he doesn't assassinate a man who might be able to help Mike save his daughter.
Aislynn was just a normal kid,a bit troubled, but still normal. one slight of hand and a power she didnt know exsists takes over. Fearful of her own daughter, Aislynn's mother kicked her out of the house to fend for herself in the big city, New York. Now that she has no one to rely on, things are happening. Scarry things.
