Me as a 6 yr old lol

This wasn't my idea really, but all of us were hungry, and.. well.. let me start from the beginning, that would be less confusing. Okay, well it all started at noon, around lunchtime I guess, and my sister Kaylee, my friend Alex and I were all getting hungry, so we went out to where our moms were, apparently Alex's mom went out to the store so, my mom was left to watch us, so we went out to the living room, and said to my mom, “Can we have some lunch now???”. My mom said, “Yes you can,” all of us shouted excitedly, hoping we could get some ice cream along with whatever we were having , “But,” that word, that word there stopped us dead in our tracks of excitement, because that word meant that we would have to do work, the most horrible thing in the universe, tension filled the room as we waited for the she-devil to finish. “But, you must clean your room first, pick up all your toys, and then make the beds. Then I'll take you guys to get lunch at Grandmas, okay?”, we nodded our sad heads in agreement the tension turning into depression, knowing we wouldn't make it out alive, we were starving already and too weak to pick up toys, but we agreed nonetheless, after all this was pizza we were talking about.

Later on, as we were cleaning up, Alex fell onto the ground clutching his stomach, “Ugh... food, I need food!!! I'm so hungry!!”, Kaylee and I then ran out of the room content on saving our friends life, “Mom!! Alex needs food now!!”, “Yeah!! Or else he's gonna die!!” we shouted, my mom was in her bedroom now laying on her bed reading, she looked at us, chuckled and then said,”Oh really? Is he choking, or is he sick?” “Neither he's DIEING of the tummy-aches!!!” Kaylee shouted, we both realized our mom didn't take the situation seriously so we had to take drastic measures- we grabbed her hands and tried our best to drag her to the room, which didn't work cause she was like 100 times our size, but we tried nonetheless, so you can't call us quitters. After being banished from the room, and having the door locked, we decided to clean up the mess and think of a clever way to get out of cleaning. As we were cleaning Alex's mom came back, and my mom decided to take a shower, and then when my mom was in the shower, Alex's mom thought it'd be okay to take a nap, which left us all alone in a quiet house locked inside our bedroom. As we continued to clean, my sister would randomly sit down, concentrating on something, I don't know what, but then after a gazillion minutes, she jumped up and yelled, “I know how to get out of here!!”, we shushed her and then asked, “How will we get out then?” , “We crawl out the window,” she whispered excitedly, “go out threw the that broken piece of wood in the fence, and then we just walk to grandmas, UNDETECTED, and eat some pizza!” she threw her hands in the air, all 3 of us were super-duper excited now that we had an escape plan, we set it into motion.

Grabbing our puppies we went to open the windows, when suddenly I stopped them, “What?” they both asked in unison, “Well, do you want the alarm-thingy to go off?” I said, pointing to the little white box thing that made the most ANNOYING sound when you opened the window. “Well, what are we going to do know?” Alex asked, and his stomach grumbled, “Well turn it off, duh dumdum.” I said in response, “Turn it off?” Kaylee asked, “You can turn it off?”. My jaw dropped, “Seriously?! You guys didn't know that??? Wow..” I didn't know, that they didn't know how to turn it off, or that they could turn it off. Anyways, so we could move the process along, I reached up and turned the white-box off, then I unlatched the window and to my sister, and friends astonishment, the alarm didn't go off. With step one done, we could go to step 2, going OUT the window. Now this might seem easy if your like 5/6 ft. but when your like 6 yrs old, and your only 4'5, it's a long drop.

Okay, the drop is about 6'5 feet down, which from our point of view is a VERY long drop, so we took our bedsheets, tried our best at tying them together and threw them out, then we tied it to the bunk-bed, since none of us could hold it by ourselves, so Kaylee went down 1st, then we passed out puppies down to her (Mater was my puppy, and then Cinderella was Kaylee's), with the puppies down and Kaylee down, it was only me and Alex. As Alex was about to go down, he chickened out and started to climb up, but the only problem with that, is that he was a horrible climber, going down was easy for him, going up well he fell. As he hit the ground he landed on Kaylee, who was squished beneath the 5yr old, boy that must have hurt, and I bet it did since Kaylee got up and punched Alex,Alex then got up and was about to punch her back, but by then I was down there, and held them apart, “Hey! We did NOT just do this JUST so you 2 can fight!” I shouted, “Now say your sorry, BOTH OF YOU, and get along or I'm putting you both back thru the window!!!” I couldn't do that, but I scared them with my shouting so they said sorry to each other. Now that that was over, we went to step 3, going thru the fence. That was actually really easy, I mean all we had to do was move this broken board on the fence and walk thru with Mater and Cinderella, move the board back, and wallah, no more step 3.

And then there was step 4, the final step, the ultimate challenge, the last thing to check off the list!! Walking to Grandmas. Of course our grandma lives right next to us, but we weren't heading there, oh no, we were going to our grandmas PIZZERIA. Which was like, a little walk away, but it involved gas stations, cars, roads, and sidewalks. Now that might not seem like a lot, but think like a 6,7,and 4 yr old, walking down a street. Now as we were walking, we didn't get any strange stares, or anything and we were 3 little kids walking down a street holding 2 puppies, Ferdinand is a weird place, so I guess that's why. Eventually when we were half-way there I saw this black thing in the middle of the road, naturally I wanted to see what it was, cause I couldn't see it that well, but I didn't want to be hit by a car.

In the end we got to Grandmas Pizzeria, and we walked in, puppies and all, as we walked in we went into the kitchen, where our Grandma was, as we walked in our grandma saw us, and smiled, until she saw the puppies, and that our parents weren't with us. With the whole “Where are your parents?” questions our grandma called our parents, and the cops. Man my mom was so happy, but we still got grounded for a week, Alex tho, he got off the hook with his mom, he totally pulled a I-was-forced-to-do-this act, I so wanted to kick him, but I couldn't, because that's when the cops came in, and then we had to go thru this questioning, and we had to make sure we didn't have any scratches or injuries, and then they left us alone and went on their way, which left us to explain why we did what we did to our moms, oh boy. When we finished, we asked if we could have some pizza, what does my mom say?

“Did you clean the room?” she asked sweetly, we all just stared at her like she was crazy, that's when she laughed and said, “Yes you can eat, but when we get home you clean your bedroom, and your grounded for a week from everything.” you should have seen our face's, we had a mixture of joy, shock, and sadness.

Now when think back to that day, I laugh. Mainly because what we did was so serious, and the fact that we did all of that just to get some lunch, my mom still thinks it's bad that we did that, but she laughs with me when we talk about grandmas reaction.

The end
