hi my name is kimani Williams and i am a JAMERICAN it may sound strange but thats what it is ever since i moved to america when i was about nine and a half i was sent to america from my homeland Jamaica to have a better life as u may know Jamaica is not the richest country but it does have one thing many country's do not have and that is paradise when most tourist go to Jamaica they call it the paradise island because it is rich in a few things and those are food music and fun it is the most visited place in the world when summer vacation begins. now back to me i was born and raised in by my loving mother along with my brothers.we lived a life you as an american would never agree to but it was the life we had and to me it was great that was until the day of 2007 march 23rd i had woken up early to go to the airport at first i was scared and did not know what to do because i was leaving so many things behind my friends family and more i wanted to cry but i was too excited when i found out i was going to america i was with my brother so i wasn't that lonely at the time i have seen movies and heard of america but never been i began to feel like those immigrants back then thinking the streets were paved with gold i got that idea when i was on the plane the flight attendants were serving me food it felt great i felt rich and powerful my exact words "this is the life" we finnally reached amerca after a few hours of watching movies and eating i had a headache i jus wanted to sleep. after we got off the plane my dad did a few things wi th our passports and we lfet the big building at first i didnt reconize her but a few seconds later i was sure it was my grandma waiting for wearing a big blue jacket i hugged her but not for too long because she like she just stepped out of freezer she then gave us jackets but we were already warm then we all left and went in her red car it smelled wierd but it was
