This is the story of how I lost my mother.

Prolouge
We were all standing around saying good bye to my mom and cousins since she was taking them home to Wendell, Idaho from out small town in Northern Idaho. Little did any of us know that it would be our last good bye to my mom.
After my mom left, my dad, brother, a friend of my dad's, Dean, and I all went to fish. My dad and I were farther from my brother. He was catching bait to catch some pike. My dad and I were fishing with Dean.
We were having alot of fun. Dean had gone to his house to get his wife and kids. While we were there my dad got a call. I didn't know who it was so I didn't think any thing was wrong. But then my dad started screaming at the person, who turned out to be my aunt, to tell him what was going on.
I figured something bad had happened so I started reeling in. Suddenly my dad fel to his knes and closed the phone. Not knowing what was going on I walked to my dad. Suddenly my brother started yelling, "Daddy! My pole's caught on a boat house!"
My dad just screamed at him, "Don't worry about it Perrin! Just get over here!"
My brother, not hearing him, continued yelling. Wanting to figure out what was going on I yelled, "Perrin! Get over here! Our dad's crying!"
That got my brother over. After a minute my dad told us, "There was a car accident. Your mom didn't make it."
I understood what this meant immediatly yelled, "She's dead?!?"
My dad just nodded his head yes. We all broke down there crying. That was on the date August 1, 2006. It's been almost five years. I still miss her and will always remember her. But after so long it doesen't hurt as much to talk about it. Even though I have my moments when I just want to start crying.
