“Where am I?” Jeff thought aloud. He stood on a red and gold carpet. He looked up at the man in front of him. The man stood up from his gold throne. His scruffy beard and rough voice was the first thing he saw. His height reached 6’2 and his muscles popped out of his clothes. His straight grey hair flowed to his shoulder. Next to him stood a woman in her twenties. Her long straight gray hair reached her waist. She had a smaller build than the man. She seemed more fragile. Her ruby eyes matched her tan skin in appearance.
“Welcome, hero! You were summoned to defeat the demon king.” The man announced. His voice boomed seemingly filling the room. “Without your help, our kingdom will fall.”
“Where am I?” Jeff repeated.
“You are in the kingdom of Holtz.” The man answered.
“And who are you?” He asked. Jeff looked around and noticed that there was a large audience of people watching him.
“I am the king of Holtz. King Marshall the third” King Marshall said. “Next to me is my daughter and your Summoner, Princess Nyle.” He said. Jeff composed himself. He used to work as a businessman, so he understood how to talk to superiors.
“How do I defeat the demon king?” He asked.
“You’ll need to train your skills in the dungeons before you head into the demon continent to face the demon king.” King Marshall told him. “You should be able to see your skills when you say ‘menu’.”
“Okay, menu.” Jeff recited. Out appeared a game menu. Jeff was an avid gamer on Earth. He saw three skills listed. ‘Regeneration’, ‘Element: Fire’, and ‘Void Magic’. He told the king his skills. The king was proud to have a strong hero.
“You will now be sent to your first dungeon. If you complete the dungeon within a month you will receive aid and resources.” King Marshall announced. “Hail to Holtz!” He shouted. Everybody around Jeff repeated the king’s words in an uproar.
Episode Two "Sub-Skills"Recap:
Jeff was summoned to Holtz in order to defeat the demon king and save the kingdom. He opened his menu and shouted his skills to the king and the rest of the people in the room
Jeff and two guards made their way to the first dungeon. It will take him five days to get to the dungeon via carriage and even more by walking. Jeff looked over his skills and tried figuring out good uses for them. He understood how to use his regeneration and fire skills, but he was unsure of how to use his void magic. He decided to ask the guards about it. “Hey, what can you use void magic for?”
“Void magic is one of the rarest magic there is. I’ve seen people create a sub-skill called “Dimensional Space” which is meant to carry your stuff.” The first guard said. He wore knight armor and his hair was the same color as blood. The other guard wore the same armor but had long gray hair that went a little lower than his shoulders.
“Void magic has an infinite amount of possible sub-skills. I’ve heard of another sub-skill called ‘Rift’. It, apparently, creates a rift that swallows enemies.” The second guard said.
“Really? Wait, what are sub-skills?” Jeff asked.
“Sub skills are skills that are created by magic. Take your fire magic for example. The most common sub-skill is “Fireball”.” The first guard answered.
“How can I create sub skills?”
“Imagination. If you can harness your imagination you can create any sub-skills you can think of.” The first guard told him.
“Okay, thanks,” Jeff said. He stayed silent as he started imagining uses for his void magic. That’s when he heard something ding in his head.
“Branch has been established.” A robotic voice said.
“What was that?” He thought.
“To access the branch, please chant the following words. Open my skill branch.” The robotic voice instructed him. He decided to follow the instructions. He whispered the words and out appeared another game-like board. On it was his fire magic and void magic kept in circles. He reached out and pressed his void magic. Five lines appeared pointing from the void magic circle to five sub-skills. The first sub-skill is “Dimensional Space”. The second is “Void Arrow”. The third is “Void Spikes”. The fourth is “Teleportation” while the fifth is “Rift”. “Please choose one of the sub-skills. You won’t be given a second chance at the sub-skills, so choose wisely.” The robotic voice said.
“I’ll choose…” He started. He couldn’t decide which one to choose. “Should I go with Dimensional Space? It seems very handy for everyday stuff.” He thought.
“Sir, we have encountered trouble. The first guard said. Jeff looked up and at the road.

Episode Three "Mummy girl and zombie boy"Recap:
Jeff begins his trip to his first dungeon. As he waits for the five day trip to end, he learns about his skills and sub-skills.
Jeff looked up and noticed a mummy and zombie on the road. “Move you dumb monsters!” The red-haired guard shouted. “We don’t have time for this.” He pulled on the reins. The horses trotted slowly up the road but stopped at the mummy and zombie. The red-haired guard got up from his seat and stood next to the two monsters. He drew his sword and threatened them. The mummy, who was female, stood frozen in fear. The zombie, who was male, protected the mummy girl. He stretched out what was remaining of his arms to shield the mummy girl. The guard dropped his sword and allowed it to swing onto the zombie boy. Jeff rushed out of the carriage and stood in front of the zombie boy. The guard threw the sword to the left barely missing Jeff. He stood back in shock. “What are you doing? They are monsters! You are a hero. Don’t shield these disgraces!” He shouted.
“Shut up!” Jeff shouted. “You are to listen to my commands as the hero of the kingdom,” he ordered.
“As you order.” The guard said. He wasn’t happy with the order, but he couldn’t fight it. Jeff was at a higher position than him.
“Are you two okay?” Jeff asked the mummy girl and zombie boy.
“...W-We are…” The mummy girl mumbled. The zombie boy shushed her.
“It’s fine.” He said. “Hand them some supplies,” he ordered.
“But we can’t!” The red-haired guard shouted.
“I am ordering you to,” Jeff said firmly.
“Ugh, got it.” The guard said. He went back to the carriage and gathered some supplies from their stockpile. The other guard watched as the red-haired guard stomped around and gave some supplies to the monsters. He grinned. He was enjoying the scene of an angry guard. Jeff got back into the carriage and so did the guard.
“Make sure to make it last. If I ever see you again, I will spare you some more food.” Jeff said. The gray-haired guard pulled the reins and the monsters moved out of the way. They continued down the way towards the first dungeon. Four days would pass without anything significant happening. Their fifth day would land them at the first dungeon.
Episode Four "Dungeon"Recap:
As they venture towards the dungeon, they run into two monsters. A female mummy and a male zombie. One of the guards try to threaten them, but Jeff orders him to grant the monsters supplies.
They made it to the dungeon. The dungeon held a hundred levels with different monsters every twenty floors. This dungeon was ranked as the easiest dungeon to complete. It was given the nickname of “training dungeon” and used to train new adventurers. “This dungeon has five different monsters. Antmen, cyclops, gremlins, jack-o-lanterns, and orcs.” The guard with red hair said.
Jeff sighed. “Will you be helping me?” He asked.
The other guy with gray hair shook his head. “We’re under orders to take you to the dungeon, but not to help you.” He said.
“Okay, well thanks anyway,” Jeff said. “And if you don’t mind can you tell me your names?”
“Sure,” The gray-haired guard said. “My name is Jake. The other guard is named Ryan.” Jake said.
“Thanks, I’m guessing that you’ll be here until I complete the dungeon.”
“Yeah,” Jake said. Jeff nodded. He then turned around and went into the dungeon. The dungeon had dim lighting and gave off a disgusting smell. The smell of rotting corpses and blood filled the air. Jeff ventured into the dungeon. He knew that antmen were on the first twenty floors. Every five floors the antmen increase in levels and strength causing them to become formidable enemies. Jeff walked farther into the dungeon and peeked around the first corner. He saw a dead end. He then focused his attention on the straight path. He passed the corner and continued straight. He noticed that an ant-man was blocking his path.
“Fireball.” Jeff chanted. He drew a fireball from his right hand and aimed it towards the ant-man. He threw the fireball. It flew in the air but missed. It landed on the side of the ant-man. The ant man looked at Jeff.
A thought filled Jeff’s head as he desperately ran in the opposite direction. They never told me how to use my skills. I was only told of my skills, never on how to use it.
Jeff ran in the opposite direction from the ant-man and escaped the dungeon after being there for a measly amount of five minutes.
…
The mummy girl returned to a cave with a melting pot of other monsters. The zombie boy also arrived there along with a group of other zombies of varying sizes and ages. The mummy girl kept to herself. He was nice, she thought. He’s the only human
