The next morning when I walked down stairs Andy wouldn’t stop staring at me. His staring was really bugging me so I asked,” Is there something you need?” All he did was smile and say,” Nah I’ll get what I need soon.” I looked at him strangely as he got up and walked to his room,” What’s his problem?” Christian looked Andy’s way strangely too,” You know I’m not sure. But they never tell me anything anyway.” I laughed at that and went to go take a shower.
When I was in the shower I heard the intercom beep so I said,” Yes?” There was no answer so I started to sing to one of my favorite songs “Fallen Angel”. After an hour of singing I ran out of hot water so I got out of the bathroom and got some clothes. I decided to wear Black Veil Brides hat, a pair of converse, black skinny jeans, and an angry birds T-Shirt. When I walked into the living room I noticed a lot of technicians and construction workers,” Christian, what’s going on?” He looks at me,” Oh Andy is making a new recording studio.”” Uh I thought he went to a different recording studio”, I thought out loud. Christian laughed,” We used to, now he wants to do it from the house.” I nod and walk back to my room.
Curiosity Killed The Cat
My curiosity was killing me!! So when I was sure everyone was either gone or asleep I went to the new recording studio. I turned on the music, walked in the studio, shut the door, and began to sing. It felt great being able to sing and not worry about people over hearing me. When I was done I felt like someone was staring at me. Looking around I noticed the entire band outside the studio. My mouth dropped as they all smiled and waved at me. Slowly I walked out of the studio trying to find a lie that would help me out of this situation. In the end I couldn’t think of one so I would have to face the music.
Andy looked proud,” Tasha, you have an amazing talent!!!” I smiled,” Thanks Andy, it means a lot coming from a rock star.” He noticed my sarcasm,” Anyway I’d like to ask you something.” “Um okay, what do you want to ask”, I was kind of nervous now. Smiling he said,” I’d like you to become a co singer for the band.” I began hyperventilating and the next thing I knew I fainted.
I awoke in my room with the guys surrounding my bed looking concerned. Andy smiled when he saw my eyes open,” Hey are you ok?” Nodding I said,” Yeah I’m ok, and to answer your earlier question I don’t know.” At first he looked confused but then he remembered,” Tasha this is a great opportunity for you and your talent.” I shook my head,” I have horrible stage fright, I would have a heart attack if I stood on a stage in front of all those people.” Ashley laughed,” What you think we don’t freak out either?! We have a teacher who helps us out with that fear.” Thinking it over I smiled,” Fine, I’ll do it. Only one or two songs a night for me though.” They all agreed and left my room.
We didn't have any gigs planned so I didn't have to get over my stage fright yet. While the guys went out to do God knows what I was left at home to watch YouTube videos. It was a hobby my best friend and I did in Louisiana before I moved. We had been planning on going to Vidcon, a convention for YouTubers, in California but we haven't seen eachother since the day I moved. Being bored with nothing to do I decided to call her .
The Call:
Emily,"Hello?"
Me,"Hey Emily it's Tasha."
Emily,"Oh hey."
Me," Guess what."
Emily,"What?"
Me,"I can get us to VIdcon for free."
Long silence, me,"Emily you still there?"
Emily,"OMG are you kidding me!!!!"
Me,"No but I will let you know the details later."
Emily,"okay."
End of Call.
When Andy came home I quickly asked him," Tasha what the heck is Vidcon?"
