SMACK! SLASH! SLICE! CLASH!
With the combination of the four’s attacks that involved Aiden smacking the weapons off the militants, Luis chopped off their weak spots with a spare sword of his. Veronica froze the rest of the militants up entirely while Allison began to imagine them melting away into water, which effectively worked as the four panted with exhaustive energy due to split second reaction timing.
“That worked,” Luis breathed heavily as he entered the spaceship. “Come on.”
As the four got into the spaceship with the blast door’s response shutting behind them, since it was only kept open for a maximum of one minute due to security issues unless it detected more authorized personal passing through. Walking in the glossy polished flooring and hallways of the Planetarium Traveler X1, the four were astonished by its unique futuristic design with glowing underlings all around the walls of the hallways. The ship’s hallways were filled with holographic displays and information about the history of the ship as the teenagers continued walking throughout the giant mothership in admiration.
Luis approached a holographic globe that displayed the entire Planetarium Traveler X1 in perspective, where it said “Press Me” which prompted him to press the button. A sudden escalated spread of blue particles filled the room, expanding the entire model of the mothership from floor to ceiling of the entire room but zoomed in entirely in a holographic view. The holographic screening began to zoom into distinct parts of the ship as it began to speak in a low toned voice talking about the history of the ship.
“Welcome to the holoview display of the Planetarium Traveler X1. Designed by Aaron Dravid, John Lemer and Victor Vimaximum in 2993, later built and constructed by 2998 by the USTI (United States Technological Institute) and this right here is the ship’s manifestation as displayed, showing floor plans as displayed. All options to view floor plans of each of the ship’s mainframe, flooring plan, rooms are all free to be viewed by the public…,” A female AI voice spoke in an intellectual manner.
“That’s pretty rad,” Luis spoke pleased as he was about to play around with it more and more. “This stuff is pretty sick. But how the hell are we gonna find this mysterious ‘Jay Lemer’ in time and who is ‘John Lemer”? Is he related to ‘Jay Lemer’?”
“Look through each room of this spaceship,” Aiden directed Luis. “There must be some sort of control room or something.”
Luis used his fingertips to touch the holographical sequences of options, as he selected an option that broke up the entire Traveler into many component pieces, displaying every single room and mainframe of the spaceship. The following rooms that were listed displayed as: Passenger’s Lounge, Dormitory, Staff Dormitory, Prison Cells, Barracks, Shopping Mall, Park, Market Square, Food Court, Swimming Pool and Gym Facilities, Theatre Room, Communications Department, Computer Mainframe, Educational Institutions for Elementary onwards (up to Post-Secondary), Command Centre, Emergency Escape Room, ---”
“Command Centre!” Aiden interrupted. “We gotta get there!”
“Wow!” Allison exclaimed. “Never thought humanity would ever achieve to make a spaceship this large to support thousands upon thousands of people traveling. This just amazes me, that we managed to go this far with technological advancements.”
“Swimming pool, and did they just say a shopping mall is in this very ship?” Veronica exclaimed in excitement. “Man, this must be humankind’s dream to live the life and travel the cosmos.”
“I’m starting to like this Jack guy more,” Luis said happily. “Man, now I’m jealous. I really want to be in the future instead of the present. This timeline wreaks! I can’t believe that this spaceship even has educational institutions along with prison cel-.”
“ENOUGH!” Aiden spoke loudly and firmly. “I get your excitement guys. But focus on the actual mission. People are under attack in Manhattan due to this invasion. There is no time for admiration and curiosity on how ‘cool’ and ‘sci-fi’ the future is, I admit its incredible and all, but we gotta stop this invasion!”
The three suddenly got quiet as they stared at Aiden’s impatient temper, which caused them to listen. “Look sorry for the raised tone, but we gotta get this mission done,” Aiden remarked. “Luis start routing directions on how to get to the command centre with that holographic thingy.”
“Alright, sorry Aiden, that we got caught off guard, look admit man, the future is cool and all.”
“Yeah yeah,” Aiden spoke as they followed Luis as he selected the Command Centre room, with the AI tour guide, in its feminine voice, directing them how to get there based on where they were. “I wonder deep down, on who this Jay Lemer fellow really is.”
“Yeah same,” Veronica spoke. “Just hope he’s not gonna ask me or my sister Roxanne out like Jack tried to do. What a dork-wad!”
“Oh, come on Ver,” Allison giggled. “Jack was pretty hot.”
“ALLISON!” Veronica was mouth opened and blurted out words.
“Don’t judge,” Allison continued speaking. “But there was something incredibly unique about him, that I have never seen in a human being ever. Did you notice something different about him?”
“Let me guess,” Luis spoke in jealousy and annoyance. “You still think he’s hot?”
“No, its not just that,” Allison continued. “Its just I have never ever seen a human being in my entire life having very pure clean skin, so pale and pure. No acne, no scars, no blackheads on his nose, no pimples, no suntan burn, nothing. I just have never seen a young teenager that is our age with so clean skin, other than his injuries I guess.”
“You do make a good point,” Veronica spoke out. “There was something incredibly unique about him, that distinguished himself from everyone else we’ve met in a way. Might ask him for advice on makeup from the future.”
Aiden growled and rolled his eyes over this boring conversation as he continued
