My Life
A softly spoken word falls lightly on my skin
searing a small imprint in my life
they change the way I see the world
they tell a story in many different ways
I love them all.

Life always the same
until words look down onto my life
forever changing the way I look at things.

My life always different
after the words leave my lips
changing the way others look at me
and me at them.

Me

Life is a simple thing
Always the same, day to day
Life is a complicated thing
Always changing, week to week.

The Dead Mans Moon

His ghost sits by the dead mans moon
He watches it soar through the sky
Humming a simple tune.
Calling, calling, calling to his wakeful widow.

She fell to her knees crying
And looked longingly at the dead mans moon
She felt as if she were dying
Listening, listening, listening for her deceased love.

He drifts over to her
And whispers in her ear
“Come with me, come with me”
And she gets up.

With a dagger in her hand
She holds it over her heart
She know it is the last time she shall stand
And the blade comes down.

They sit together now
Staring at the dead mans moon soar above them
Oh they are allowed
Eternity.

The Angel and the Demon

Evil seeps through his bones,
The fire in his eyes always roams,
Wanting what evil can never have,

Is the angel with a broken wing.

Evil is the gist of it,
Even without his cunning wit,
Pleading for the terrible thing,

Is the angel with a broken wing.

Burning heat soaks his breath,
Now or never for what is left,
Where two worlds almost collide,

Is the angel with a broken wing.

Who am I?

Who am i to call you a misfit,
when i am one?

who am i to judge you,
When i am also to be judged?

Who am I?
Who am I?
WHO AM I?

Who am i to tell you who to be,
or how to be?

Who am i to tell you who you are
when the same question roams my mind?

Who am i?
Who am i?
WHO AM I?

I am me.

Element

I lit a candle
Watching the flam
Calling my name

I turned on the sink
Watched the flow
Tugging me to and fro

I stepped on the ground
and dragged my foot
through the soot

I felt the wind on my face
It tugging at my hair
Through the peaceful air

Quite

The sound of silence can drive me insane?
make my brain
forget my name?
The sound of nothing can make me mad?
wish I had
forgoten the sad?
The sound of dark can make me despise?
all the cries
and wounderings why?

Rain

The soft calling of the cold, dark, night
It tells me of the day I am living
Of the day he died
This day I feel dead
this day is now gone.

The Monster and Me

I stare at it
it stares at me
I watch it dance
it watches me
It takes my hand
Through the sea
Were we rest
For Eternity

The Devil & You are the Same

The devil & you are the Same
Always teasing and playing a game
The devil & you are the Same
What ever happened to the sane?
The devil & you are the Same
Why do you call my name?
Because devil & you are the Same.
