From the very tip of her hair she is perfect
A beacon of light in the well of my soul
I know I can’t tear my eyes away
From her flawless skin and her soft hips at play
Baby; won’t you stay here with me?
You know that I love you, and I know you want me
Strawberry Heaven atop emerald eyes
When she smiles I quiver, and I sulk when she cries

Yeah she’s a sweetheart, the apple of my eye
I savor the breeze ev’ry time she walks by
Her hair is the color of a beautiful rose
It follows the wind wherever it blows
So near, so dear
I want to speak my heart but I’m livin’ in fear
Save me, from the darkness inside
Your smile is a hunter, and you know I can’t hide

Her face is my pain and my pleasure each day
I love her free spirit and I’ll have it both ways
She’s right there, everyday
But I just can’t find the words that’ll make her stay
She laughs at my jokes, she don’t know how I feel
If she shoots me down will I be able to heal?
Strawberry Heaven atop emerald eyes
For her I’d stop delaying and give up on the lies

Yeah she’s a sweetheart, the apple of my eye
If I have to see her frown then I think that I’ll die
The sun hits her hair; with a shine that’s so bold
Ain’t nothing gonna keep me from-a takin the gold
For all of her shyness she’s a goddess of light
Her joy is my pleasure and her sadness my plight
I know, for the pain that’s inside
She’ll use her all her sweetness to bring ease to my mind

This day, not just any other day
I’m gonna show my heart, and hope she takes it away
It’s my destiny; will I finally be free
From this cold charade and it’s hold over me?
The light on her face, its my ecstasy
I’d give it all up for her, but would she do it for me?
Strawberry Heaven atop emerald eyes
I’ll love her forever after liberty dies
