Oceans of Emotions

Unseen Chambers of Life

How to say That

Dearest Mother, I saw you

I Wish I Could Be That Special Book

When People are Like Angels

It’s Even More Than Roses Express

I Look for Words

Promises on Paper

The Last Glance

For The Mother Alone

Angels Above Descend at Night

And I Believed in You

Love’s Visit

Partition

Inspired by The Eagle

Oh So Brazen Audacious Gold

The Sky is Never Engaged

Your Thoughtful Smile Makes me Stay

A Brief Line

Oceans of Emotions

Some people who are at first strangers

Enter the chambers of the soul and spirit

To create a spark

In the scattered ashes

One reaches out only to find a void

With nothingness visible

To hold onto, yet

They make known their presence

This is the

Hidden Connection

Of The Unseen Oceans of Emotions

Unseen Chambers of life

felt only

unknown features of strife

welt only

slit by experts of knife

Ah life, thou came and grew

lived only

sacred duty of wife

birth only

all divine all mystery

One Known Truth

One Power Only

How to say that

a calm vision flashes again and again

How to convey, solemn serenity

descends to ease the pain

How to express that the heart

beats in memories enchained

How to convince that a

peaceful presence remains

How to relate the touch

felt so deep in the domains

How to connect the eternal loss

that  good health claims ?

Let me just believe then

the rose has a sharp thorn

life’s safe lodging is but torn

where once  life itself was born

the sweet scent is a refrain

there is always a personal loss

where there was once a sacred gain

Dearest Mother, I saw You…

Exhausted in surgery, half dead

unthinking sleeping mind

surrendering to other hands eyes

and knives, busy on my clayey

lodgings, removing what lay

inside,  a life, to give lives unseen

unknown, obeying the divine

Creator, creating motherhood

My eyes only saw eyes,

reflecting sympathy concern care

Chosen by The Supreme to help me

live, a little more, someone needs

my share of love, a little more, a duty

for  me is still to be done, and I have

to be with one who stands beside

a smile a gloved hand a voice soft

a heart learning for years, how to cure

now ready for sure more friends than

real friends ashore,

Why I keep forgetting the face?

I see the vision the presence the grace

Mother, its you I see, I feel in her, she

touched cleaned cut and stitched

came again and again and again

when I was stiff n senseless in pain

I felt a hand,and heard a voice

twenty minutes more

a voice…calm, a look angel like…

fear left me, then there was peace,

I felt a hand on my forehead

Yes, yes, Mother was there…

All the time, with love and prayer.

I wish I could be that special book

in which I could place my treasure

like the scented rose close forever

never to wither or be dry but

All I am able to do is cry

You were The Angel-You are…

who checked me with care when

I was in pain you checked me again

and again, with a calm serene smile

in you I found peace never felt for quite

a while-I wish I could be the book

and place the angel rose and each day

say for you a prayer return your smile

and look at My Angel on the page and

Up in the sky

I pray…

When People are like Angels

Lying cross like on the operation table

I could not move, I was only able, to

see the eyes, calm quiet concerned

the face behind the mask

I try to remember, but I forget-

My body half lifeless numb and stiff

I could not speak I was only able to

Breathe, frightening I heard my

heart beat and someone's faint

talking, some

words audible some mumbled,

I try to understand but fail

Eyes meet the eyes as I feel a quick cut

a part of me slit, incised painless

speechless I remained, while some

talking I heard; my arms now stiff

I prayed for strength dropping into

sleepy numbness, I surrendered

two unknown human beings, are

they angels from above, hidden behind

gowns and masks, I know not what they

do or how, but they are briskly active

I shake, I hear a voice'15 more minutes'

I meet the eyes calm and serene, confident

I feel secure, 'its done'I hear talking

twenty minutes' ' suction' stitch, suction stitch'

Then I do not see the eyes anymore, nor

the angel figure, legs heavy start tingling

shivering takes over, I tremble with cold

more talking I hear,'

blankets'please, another one

''I am feeling cold' an electric heater

throws welcome heat on my face

I cross my arms as if in embrace

'The shivering stops -I feel empty

more eyes I see, more talking I hear-

why this room is so warm? hustle bustle around

my bed is pushed rolled turned

I feel nausea- I see personnel in green

am I smiling? yes, for others, for I am brave

inside, my heart cries, I wish to keep looking

in those eyes so calm, so serene so loving

giving hope of life and saying 'all will be ok'

I felt the strength My Father always gave me

It’s even more than roses express

the colour of the heart's flow

felt in veins which do not show

heard in sounds of the beat slow-

I myself do not know

when the stem came in to grow

perhaps the seed already there

needed the green to begin the care-

and now my restless soul seeks

the roots of the rose that keeps

me awake pierced in tears

thorns touch creating fears –

I reach for the sweet aroma

breathe deep to inhale incense

I reach out to feel the petals

I'm held by forbidden clutches

why do we connect with souls

who merge with the spirit

bring peace and calm, then

go after applying the balm

I gather the roses again

in vain though to ease the pain,

I seek the saving soul all over

Now, I hope to meet, in pure rain.

I look for words

I gather them

I write them down

…..there is emptiness

no sound no readers

…..nor listeners

I seek the eyes

that may fall on my words

but…

I seek the hands that may hold

the Book….but

The people are silent

slow, engrossed

mind and hands blank and cold….

where do I stand

weak’ with my words

trying to be bold

‘but…Be Quiet, I am told’

eyes do not meet and

I am shown the door”

Promises on paper

traced forever once written cannot be erased But silently staring nowhere quietly unmoving yet sharing words that remain in the air and everywhere, for I hear them in happiness and in pain and see them again and again telling me the time and love with which you wrote each line while I waited to hold the precious paper-but then…

your letter reminds me that

things were different in life

full of struggle and strife

for you the aims were high no less

than Royalty or like a Princess,

Your letter reminds me

Of age and infirmity

Of limits bonds and fraternity

But you were full of rigidity

and fear which always is baseless,

you thought life would become a mess,

your letter reminds me that

friends should be of the same age

otherwise life becomes a cage

and problems increase, at times

leading to disease and pain,

your letter reminds me that I

made a mistake and did not take

time to judge and break

Of walls doors  locks and security,

and last of all

your letter reminds me that you

do care in the world

for those who wish you well

But if I am one of them

Your letter does not tell,

now since long we have not written

time and duty has kept this hidden

how paper and pen can keep together

the love and spirit between friends

and keep the link at both the ends.

The Last Glance was time itself

as all have to go -they go

and the body is taken, lifted and lowered

then scriptures spoken and flowers showered

before that not a morsel can be eaten

as food is no longer needed by the taken,

all eyes are on the body so laid

fear in the eyes, tears on the face

this is a war bloody and barbarian

young old brave and bold,

all are shaken-I too stepped in

the cold room as close as I could and

shivered and sweated as I stood-

Silence so Holy above You I felt Eternal sleep

to the world around-

Freedom from the clayey cage

To a Higher Call and Higher Ground

The Chosen the Special the Best-

Heaven Light enclosed as you slept

Dressed in white complete shroud

You were under Heaven’s cloud In peace -may your soul always rest, amen-
