Trapped
I could hear the drip drip drip of a leaky pipe. It was cold, wet and very dark. All of my muscles were stiff; sore and achey. I tried to open my eyes, but the most I could manage was a faint weak flutter of my eyelids. There was a streak of light coming from a crack in a door up half a dozen stairs; I was propped up with my back against a cement pillar and I was chained up by my neck.
I didn’t know were I was or how I got there; all I knew was I was trapped. In fact I couldn’t remember anything apart from a memory of a man calling a name. I was breathing heavily from the shock I guess, I think I’m claustrophobic. Now I can hear a murmur of voices getting closer, louder; until I could make out what they were saying more clearly.
“Let her go” a young woman’s voice said.
“I cant, I love her too much to let her go and yes I know I am selfish but I cannot help myself when I have the power to do what I want...mostly” this voice was deep powerful but somehow childish all at the same time and he muttered the last word. “I wish I could start all over again, without him” he said the last two words with so much hate and disgust.
“You can’t Erik, you just can’t. You have to move on and let her go, its best for her and you... if you really love her, you will”the woman’s voice pleaded.
After a moment the door creaked open wider and a gorgeous man looked in lovingly. I didn’t know what to do; who where these people that I had completely no memory of and were they talking about me. The man’s eyes widened when he saw me. I sat there and waited quietly and patiently for him to say something, anything.
His face was blank with high cheek bones .He had exactly the same shade of blood hair as mine but his eyes were so bright and piercing. He was wearing a black tank top that went very low cut on his muscled chest. He was also wearing faded black jeans that had written all over them ‘these are my favourite pair that I don’t want to throw out just because there faded’. Then the young woman peered around the corner her eye also widened, I mean seriously did I look that bad. Then I winced, my bruised ribs said yes I did. The woman gawking at me looked a lot younger than she sounded. She looked about sixteen, she sounded like a middle aged understanding mum telling her son to give back a toy he had taken from his friend at kindergarten.

I spoke my mind and blabbed out “who am I”? I asked the two of them who where now completely staring at me with only shock in their eyes, but then again the man seemed the slightest bit pleased after flopping his mouth open and letting it hang there.

“You’re joking right”? The woman said with only a second’s hesitation. The man started to sway forwards and then back and then forwards again like he was deciding whether or not to come towards me. Then he seemed to make a resolution after a final sway back he shot toward me faster than I thought possible. I flinched backwards and there was a sharp pain at the back of my head and I felt a warm liquid slowly sliding down the back of my neck, then everything went dark.

I woke up again but this time it was quiet, blissful and warm I was lying on something very soft that shaped around my body with my head propped up on a pillow which felt like it had soft fluffy feathers stuffed in its contense. I opened my eyes to find the same gorgeous man staring down at me looking worried “you really scared me then” he said now looking relieved.

I was lying on my back so I swivelled around on to my side to look at him straight in his eyes. “Who am I”? I repeated myself hoping that my voice sounded level and calm. “Are you really telling me you have no idea who you are” he asked sceptically and showed a devilish smile.

“You seem to believe me back in that revolting hole” I explained.

“Fine then, I will go along with your little game-“

“I didn’t know I played games” I interrupted him
“...your name is Sky, Sky Taylor” he told me
“Why was I in your basement”? I asked and straight after feeling stupid for not asking who he was.
“What”? He questioned. I could already tell he was going to deny it and say he didn’t know what I was talking about, about me being chained up in a basement. I also knew that he was lying but that was not the strangest bit the strangest bit was that I didn’t know why I knew he was lying, did I know who he was? Had I really lost my memory well that was a given since I hadn’t even known who I was until this beautiful man sitting very close to be had told me so. Then he interrupted my mental babble by saying suddenly “You tripped over and bumped your head...on your way to see me” Lying straight to my face again.
“And who are you”? I asked him while he got a pan of cold water and a flannel from the corner of the room where there was a cosy kitchen. He rinsed the flannel and placed it carefully upon my forehead.
“I am Eric, and this is my bar” he said in a boom raising his hands dramatically. I looked around curiously the walls were a bloody red and in the middle of the wall was a simple door as black as coal and on the other side of the wall the same door was mirrored exactly.
I stood up quickly, the flannel came to the floor with a splat I looked down at myself to see that I was completely naked I turned around quickly and grabbed the black blanket that was lying on the bed wrapped it around my body towel style turned to face the man who was laughing at me loudly nodded my head at him then spun on my heal and headed to the door. I turned the handle slowly pulled it open and found the basement that I had came out of I left the door open looked at Eric and gave him another brisk nod towards the basement. Then I was on the way to the other door when he picked me up slung me over his shoulder, now I didn’t like his man handling me so I screamed as loud as my lungs could take me and thumped the top of his back. He flopped me on to the bed with him between my legs towering over me, pinched my chin with his finger and thumb and kissed my lips softly then he pulled away from me and said into my eyes “your mine now, forever” he turned leaving me speechless and strode out the door not leading to the basement hearing him lock it just after he closed the door I gave up and relaxed my body.
Was I going to get my memory back? Where am I? Who is Sky Taylor? I had so many questions almost no answers. I was trapped in a maze of questions that all lead to dead ends, hell I was stuck in this little.red.room.

I had been lying there for which seemed like all day, or all night I wasn’t sure there was no windows in the little bedroom of what I was told was a bar. There was tons of food in the kitchen a small step down to the right side of the room; but I couldn’t eat a thing. My heart was beating like a helicopter and my head was still throbbing but I was okay, safe...for now.
He said I was his...how dare he say I belonged to him, how dare he say I was his object...to do whatever he pleased with me. He kissed me, he stared lovingly at me, and he was worried about me. It was strange but I could feel eyes on me right now. Looking around I spotted a small round camera on the left far corner of the room sitting right in the corner of the top of the wall there was no wire, it probably went into the wall and into another room where he was watching me on a screen. I didn’t know I was crying until the tears were dropping from my cheeks and I started to break into a sob. I felt like there a big whole in me...something was missing.
He pushed the door open then took two giant steps and fell to his knees his face looked strained and in pain “tell me what to do, tell me what I need to do to make you feel better”?
He couldn’t do anything I didn’t think anyone could at that moment in time, all I knew was I had to get out of this place, soon. Eric looked kind of shaky “You have to eat something” deciding himself he gave what was a failed attempt at being sure and nodded. He looked so shaken up it looked strange for what looked like such a strong man. When I saw how sad he was I felt sad too, like I was feeling his pain with him, we were feeling pain together. I tried to say something, I opened my mouth to say something but nothing came out. What would I say though...’it’s okay; I forgive you’. I couldn’t say that because it wasn’t true, and I wouldn’t lie to a man that looked so broken.
I turned my attention back to said man, but he wasn’t there he hadn’t made a noise and he had just disappeared when I wasn’t looking. I pinched my arm, hard to check I wasn’t dreaming. It hurt I wasn’t dreaming “What are you doing”? He asked totally taking me off guard. I fell from the bed but just before I hit the floor he caught me in his strong muscled arms. I looked up into his brilliant baby blue eyes that were wide with shock.
“You are so beautiful” he spoke the words in a whisper, slowly and in a tone of seduction.
