As I sat in the courtroom, people were shouting she’s guilty! She’s guilty! Then my lawyer said Alice go up and defend your case. I just glanced up and leaned back in my chair and said why should I, their going to send me to jail anyway. So what’s the point? Then one of the people in the jury said yeah send here to jail she’s just a liar! Then the judge started to count two three two. I yelled stop. Then the judge looked at me and said do you have anything to say? I looked over at the other defendant and he smirked at me. It really made me angry. Then I turned to the judge and said let me tell the real story behind all this. He agreeded and listened. I started off with first I was out on the road at about 8:00p.m. He said why were you out that late and on the streets. I put me finger over my mouth and said it’s a secret. But then as I walked along the streets I found a blue pendent in the gutter. After I picked it up I headed to the nearest club to see my old friend Max or should I say associate. He offered to give me a ride back home. So I took it. When I got in the car I noticed he had a gun in the back. But I didn’t ask him about it. When he jumped me off at my house he then said night, night. But then as I closed the door I heard someone in the house. I grabbed the kitchen knife and headed to the living room. There I saw a man with blonde hair sitting on my couch. As I entered I tried to stab him. But he grabbed my hand. And said long time no see. There was another person in the house beside him. The man that you all think I supposedly killed. I asked how is that. He said “ Oh this is just my old buddy from college.” Yeah right as I sat down you haven’t even been to college yet idiot. Next thing I know there is a bang and David is gone. And I framed for killing someone. But did you notice someone I left out wile this was going on. Max, said the job. Right as I looked back over at him, he was still smirking. Then I said you know what you really are clever coming back to my house while the lights were still out and then killing him. Then he said Alice you’re pretty good at trying to frame people aren’t you but not good enough. I started to laugh. Then the judge said stop and take him to jail. I then looked at he judge and then said what are you talking about “take him to jail” Then there was a shatter in the glass behind the judge. I shouted it’s about time David, what took you so long. I got a little side track he said. I shouted come on Max as we were running out the court room. The police started chasing them but they were to slow. But before I left I told the judge or maybe it was me who killed him. Then he said but why. I put my finger over my mouth and said it’s a secret. When we got in the car I saw David’s buddy sitting beside him. I said that was fun I always get a rush tricking people like that. Then Max said geez you’re such a kid as we hit the road. And I said what next!
