He hit me and it felt like a kiss. His hands caressed mine with intent as we watched the sun do down, it made me think of when we were young; when he was a bright angel and as beautiful as the setting sun. His face used to be full of contemplation, his eyes a sapphire lake surrounded by ebony trees. I used to rely on him when I would follow him into the darkness and the cold as he would keep his eyes on me like a snake hypnotising it's prey. I thought he was a messenger of heaven when he would tell me we would last forever, now after all the crying and screaming I'm scared forever wasn't a promise but a curse
His hands glided his way up my arm, grazing bruises as he did so, every last one had indications of lust or anger surrounding it, however the perpetual possibility of love remains. Now, like the sky above us, he was no longer bright and beautiful. The palette of blues pinks and oranges faded only to be replaced with a deep dark black; furthermore I know that like the night sky I won't focus on the dark, I'll focus on the stars and the moon and anything else I can to keep my mind of the endless darkness that surrounds them: his smile is Virgo. way he speaks is Capricorn. his eyes are moon, the most large, the most beautiful thing in the sky. I begin to cry, tears burn as they sail down my face, my whole body jerking in sharp and rugged movements. I suddenly stand up furthering the distance between me and him.
I want to scream but no sound comes out.
I just stood there.
Shaking.
He stood up too and I flinch as he does so, yet he did something I did not expect . He floated over to me on loves light wings and he took me in his arms with all the tenderness there is. then he kissed me, and just like that I decided, now and forever, I am his.
