    Besides, this isn’t your place to ruined my relationship with my parents!” Ashlyn snarled angrily at me.

    “Hmm, you know I am not afraid of you Ashlyn nor even here to ruin your relationship with your parents but yourself.

    Now if you just please get out of my room!?” I pleaded.

    “Come on, Ashlyn, as you can see. It is so late our new guess, Guillaume, need to have some peace and rest!” Lauren said.

She pushes Ashlyn out the door though she insisted. “This is not the last of our fight, Guillaume.

    You hear me?” Ashlyn snapped anxiously. Has her mother pushed her outside and closed the door behind them.

    I rush quickly as I could and locked the door, just in case she comes back and began threatening me again.

    I know I may not be afraid of her, but I sense that this girl can be very dangerous.

    Six days later after Christmas, next day Chris Tomlin took me to the high school musical’s orientations.

    I was really excited and I couldn’t wait to meet new people.

    For thirty munites we been on the road, the orientation is going to start around 8:00 O’clock.

    Henceforth it was 7:30 going to thirty-three, therefore, we were a little bit early.

  Continually I was really excitedly and joy was in my heart.

  I felt like jumping into the car’s seat, Mr. Tomlin saw my smile with happiness on my face.

  “I can see you are really happy and exciting?” Said Mr. Tomlin.

  “Yeah, you can say that again,” I answered. “Good and here we are.” Mr. Tomlin replied.

    I look before me and I was amazed about how huge the school was.

“Wow, it is very gigantic,” I said. “Well, this is just the beginning and you just wait when you are inside,” he replied.

    “I can’t wait and would it be good if I call you Mr. Tomlin?” I asked.

    “Gui, it is fine with me.” He answered. I get down from the car and he went to park the car as I rush inside.

    Has I was walking fast towards the entrance of the Christian High School, I encounter Madison sitting outside talking to her friends.

    She waved at me while I smile very brightly. “Morning, Guillaume, how are you been?” Madison asked.

    “Well, I am positively okay and besides I have to rush for the music orientation.

    Now, señora, later!” I said while I marched toward the inside. I also saw Ashlyn with some friends.

    Which distract me from where I was focusing after the entrance and bumped into this African American basketball player in his uniform which was white.




CHAPTER SEVEN

 “REÜNIE”

               

                “RÉUNISSE”

The poor guy falls to the ground after felt guilt stirs up to my gut to help him up.

  “Hey, are you alright and sorry about that. I wasn’t watching where I was going.

    It seems like I got distracted by Ashlyn Tomlin there!” I said while pointing in her direction.

    Ashlyn with the girls just laughed. "Hmm, it is alright, man, by the way, the name is Othniel Appel.” He introduced after help him up.

    The name is Guillaume Mwamba or in short is Gui,” I said.

    “Uh, nice meeting you, Gui. Would the be okay if call you that and are we friends?” Othniel asked.

    “Sure are and excuse me I have to run inside, I will see you later,” I answered while I walked inside.

    I was marching into the hallways for forty minutes unless I encounter a very huge musical orientation post.

    I marched towards it, reached it in time, but I didn’t know that the musical orientation was into the gym.

    Entering in and I was shocked to see such a marvelous place.

I wasn’t watching where I was going until I bumped into an extraordinary young girl.

    Every other student of the high school roared in laughter, as they saw me and the girl fall together to the ground. “Ow, hey watch where…!” She groaned.

    But her sentence was shortened when she realized that it was the same guy she sang with at Shekinah’s sing-along school camp.

    “You? It’s you! Umm, what the name? Ugh.” Patience stammered.

    “Morning, Patience, it's very nice to see you again.

    Man, it quite some days, uh? Besides, sorry about that!” I apologized as I helped her up after I stood up.

    “Ah, of course, and your name must be, Guillaume, right?” She asked.

    “Yes, it is me! So tell me are new here?” I asked. “You mean the school or the orientation?” Patience asked.

    “Um, both!” I replied. “No way,  this my school because I transferred her while my parents were in Chicago.

    Additionally, I applied to come here way-way before ahead.

    I was just doing fine with my studies when my mother and friends pushed me to attend the musical orientation.

    Henceforth, here I am,” Patience said. “Wow, it seems like you have a rough life, Patience.

And as for me, Chris Tomlin came to the place I was living and ruined my Christmas vacations. He wanted me to make my own album of gospel songs.

    Therefore, for me to become legendary of Jesus Christ gospel singer, he wanted me to join the musical school orientation,” I explained.

    “Hmmph, I see come on and the orientation of students singing is about to begin.

    Oh, I believe we are too late!” Patience teased as I roared in laughter.

    “Every praise is to our God. every word and worship with an anchor.

    Every praise, every praise, every praise, every praise, every praise is to our God…” All the students sang.

    Patience and I get in the dancing and singing when the music teacher walked in the gym.

    He called up to me because he wanted me to sing the verses.

    “What? Mr. Tomlin, you can’t be serious? I sing the verses, no way!” I insisted.

    “No, I am very serious, Gui. This is your only chance and the beginning of you to be a legend!” Said Mr. Tomlin.

    “Mr. Tomline, can’t you choose someone else to do this?” He asked.

     “Come on, Guillaume, it is not that bad!” Patience shouted on top of her lungs through the noisy crowds and music.

“Coming, Patience!” I shouted back. I dash back to the singing groups while I sing the verses of the song.

    “God my savior, God my healer, God my deliverer. Yes, He is?

    Yes, He is…?” I sang while everyone answered with the chorus.

    “Every praise is to our God. every word and worship with an anchor.

    Every praise, every praise, every praise, every praise, every praise is to our God…” All the students sang in unison.

    Until we all finishes, Patience and we were laughing, and the others were talking with their friends.

    Patience and I walked to the place where we would apply to come to the music school in high school.

    After I have done applying, Patience and friends walked up to me.

    “Well-well, what a coincidence if it isn’t, Guillaume, himself?” Asked Clementine.

    “Hello, ladies and I didn’t quite know your names? Because you were busy pushing your friend away,” I said.

    “Oh my, yes didn’t. Well, my name is Clementine.” She replied.

     “And I am Clara,” she introduced. “I am Holly!” She answered.

  “Hmmph, nice meeting you, Clementine, Clara and Holly. I’m glad to meet you once again,” I said.

“You are welcome, Guillaume,” Clara replied. I was about to say something when an extraordinary gorgeous girl bump on my back and fall to the ground.

  I turned around and I met face to face with Penninah and older brother by the name of Reuben. ‘Seems arrogant, rude, and hateful.

    Her shoulders always up. Ah-huh, great what’s the meaning of this and why Penninah doing here?

    I hope she had come to take, Guillaume, too to be his boyfriend or partner.’ Patience thought.

    Penninah stood up anxiously and over rage with wrath.

    She was about to shout at me but ended up stammering.



 

CHAPTER EIGHT

“RÉUNISSE”

                

          “RÉUNISSE II”

Previously on Regained through part two of Reunisse. “Um-ugh, I-I am so-sorry for bumping unto you. I wasn’t watching where I was going, so may I know your name, please?

    And I believe we are destined for each other, huh?” Penninah asked.

   “Yes, so what you think?” She asked. “I don’t think anything.

    Anyhow, we just met and how about hello my name is this and that?

    How is that sound?” I asked. “Oh, my, bad manner my name is, Penninah Lopez. What’s yours? She asked.

   “Good, the name is Guillaume Mwamba. And as you can see I was talking to Patience with her friends when you interrupt us.

    Goodness-gracious, come on Patience, Clementine, Clara, and Holly. I am really hot, I need fresh air,” I replied.

    “Um, yeah, Guillaume. Moreover, Guillaume you really shouldn’t do that. Penninah does not want no for an answer.

     You see she is a spoiler-rich girl!” Patience said. “Well, Patience I am way difficult to get.

     And that kind of girl is out of my league, therefore, girls relaxed and let's get out.” I replied.  

    All five of us walked out of the gym exit, and we were out of her sight.

    Where I began singing while the background music began playing.

    “Oh-oh, oh, oh-oh. Oh-oh, oh-oh hoo. I will never let you go, my son, my child.

    I will never let you go, my son, my child. Thou says the Lord…’ I was interrupted by Patience for a moment.

    “Guillaume, where did you get that song?” Patience asked.

  “Why?” I asked back.  “Well, ugh, it is kind of new to us,” Holly said.

  “Well, its the song that I composed years ago,” I replied.

   “What? You composed the song?!” Asked Clara.  “Yes!” I answered.

   “Since when?” Clementine asked. “Well, since I was a little kid,” I said.

     “So can you tell me what's the verses of the song. I am very quickly at catching it,” Patience said.  

     “Alright, then ladies. And I am going to start the verses. “In the difficult time and trials, you will never let me go. Even though my loved ones denied.

    You will never let me go...o-oh! I will never let you go, my son, my child. I will never let you go, my son, my son.
