when I realized that it was him.

“Shhh!!!... Lower your voice.” Someone said in an instant and passed by. Yeah, yeah.. I know it's a library.

“Do you wanna kill me, Sam?” Kaith whispered annoyingly, while rubbing his stomach. I guess, I had hit him unconsciously.

“Your fault, you scared me.” I whispered back just when I realized that few of the eyes in the library were on us. Actually, only those eyes, that I want to avoid the most.

Yes. Those four, from the corner of the library, were watching us intently. Whatever.

I shrugged and took Kaith aside, away from their view.

“What is it? Why did you have to scare me? “ I asked in a low voice.

“I scared you? You scared me.” Kaith eyed me with a grumpy face.

“Then you shouldn't have freaked me out by saying something just in my ear all of a sudden when I was involved in something else.” I retorted back.

“Oh!.. Do you expect me to scream your name in a library when you are supposed to be quiet?” He had points though.

“Anyway. What is so important that you had to give a visit here personally.” I arched my eyebrows up as I asked.

“Did you bring your bike today? Cause I need you to take me home after school.” Kaith said quickly with a frustration written all over his face.

“What happened to your bike?” I wondered.

“Someone broke it maybe. I saw it at the parking at the lunch break, and the parts were all gone and few were broken.” He frowned as he said.

“Why? I mean, first, it was my bike... Then yours. What's happening?” It got me really worried this time.

“I don't know. But someone must be behind us, and we must stay alert. And also keep close. Anyway, I am going now. See you after school at the gate.” He turned to leave.

“Okay.” I muttered under my breath, as I was left with something to really worry about.

Who could do such things?

I kept thinking.

But it was of no use, because even if I try to figure out the situation, I found everyone as my enemy who can do anything to harm us.

Anyway, the bell went off again. Which means my free period is over and time to go to my class.

But just when I was about to enter my class I bumped into some hulk at the door, causing all of my stuff to fall down on the floor.

“Sorry” I said, cause I didn't watch, as I was busy thinking about what Kaith told me at the library.

I went down on my knees to collect my stuff from the floor and the boy helped too.

He seemed kind enough to help someone out.

“Thanks” Just when I said and looked up at his face, my face turned to a frown again, cause I saw blue eyes again, but this time a dusky skin. Kazan it was.

But he didn't say anything, and passed by casually after helping me to collect the books up from the floor. Not even a sorry for bumping into me.

I don't know why I kept coming across these guys. It provokes my blood to boil.

And why did I say that?

Well, because when I turned around to see what was the reason for his sudden rush... I saw them all hanging out with the group of school's sluts and the famous whore Lizzie herself. And the girls were all lingering on the boys as if they were the bloody oxygen for them, the sluts.

I wanted to puke.

Disgusting.

Episode 7

Summer's P. O. V

After school, I was waiting for Kaith outside the gate, when I saw that girl. The girl from the other night. I wondered what she was doing here in our school. And when I noticed that she was wearing the same uniform as mine, it didn't take long for me to realize that she was a student here as well. But even then, what was she doing outside that late at night the other day?

“Hey!.. “ I called her loudly without thinking much, as I didn't know her name either. Yes, I forgot to ask her, because I was so involved in my own thoughts about the strange man that we encountered last night, all the way back.

I waved her from a distance just when she turned back to see where the voice was coming from. And when she did notice me, she stopped on her tracks as I went running to her side.

“Hey, I wanted to know if everything is okay?” I asked casually and tried to put on a faint smile on my face so that I don't scare her away.

“Yes. And it is good that we got to meet today. Because I wanted to thank you for the last night.” Her voice sounded so gentle as she spoke.

“No, it's alright. I wanted to intervene cause seeing such men from the other night, my blood boils and I just can not mind my business, when someone is already becoming a victim of those nasty brutes before my eyes.” I said continuously remembering the moment from last night.

She didn't say anything for some moment, only looked at me intensely.

“I am Jennifer. And Jenny for you, because only my friends can call me that, and that is you are to me now.” She extended her hand towards me in a friendly way.

I was taken aback by her sudden action. I wondered if she really wanted to be my friend. I mean, I know that I am the most hated person around the school, but my instinct said otherwise this time, when I saw that she was still waiting with her hand for me to grab, without any intention to take it back.

“Summer, you can call me Sam.” I took her hand
