other than Keith.

“Yes, because I am damn hungry.” He made himself in, quickly.

“Ahh! What wonder did you do with your cooking skills? It smells delicious.” Throwing his stuff here and there, he made his way into the kitchen as fast as he could and grabbed himself a plate only to go over the dinner table with all his curiosity.

“Spaghetti.” I couldn't hold back my chuckle as I saw him behaving just like a kid.

“Go, get yourself a plate quickly or I will eat all of it.” Yeah,.. Kaith ordered me as if it is not me but he owns everything around here.

“Go change first. You are stinking. And wash your hands too.” Yes, my house is like the second home for him. He even left a few of his stuff here, so that when it is needed he can stay over. I never stopped him, as I live alone, so there was plenty of space for another person to fit in, as I even cleared one of the rooms for all his stuff.

“Okay, I am coming back in minutes, but don't start without me. Okay?” He narrowed his eyes to me in suspicion as if I would leave him to starve by eating all those food alone without him.

Huh, funny.

Anyway, he came back quickly as he promised and we ate together. Then he made himself busy with watching TV, while I went through my online blog, and wrote whatever I needed to.

And if anyone of you is wondering about what do I do for living on my own... then let me tell you, I do work part-time at a cafe, four days in a week,... And today is my off day. So I had nothing much to do for today, except watching TV with Kaith and annoying each other for every little thing.

“Are you staying tonight?” I asked as I was feeling quite tired that I needed my bed very badly.

“I think so and you don't have to stay up, go sleep. I have extra keys, so even if I have to go I'll lock the door. Don't worry.” Kaith assured me.

So, I dragged myself to my room and fell on the bed. But I highly doubted that even when I was hell tired, would I be sleeping? Like ever?

Yes, I had long lost my peace along with my sleep. But still, I try every night in the hope that I might get the perfect sleep that I deserve.

But, I think it is not the lucky day for me. As I kept lying in my dark room for so long but sleep never came to me. I tossed and turned on my bed in frustration but still... Nothing.

So, I went out of my house in the middle of the night.

I needed the fresh air badly.

I kept walking on the streets without any destination. Tonight was quiet and dark... only the cold night breeze was there to touch me ever so softly only to blow past.

No, I wasn't afraid to walk alone at late at night, because this is my place...where I grew up. And I am quite used to walking on the empty streets when everyone is sleeping peacefully in their cosy rooms. But I somehow find peace outside, here in the dark. I realized, that while leaving a pathetic life full of darkness, I started to love the dark more than light. The dark gives me a bit of peace, where there is no one to judge, no one to hate, no one to recognize who you actually are, no one to ask your worth,...it shows no kind of feelings at all, which is better than showing one's ugly heart.

So, I love this solitude.

It's good that I am wearing a hoody, cause tonight is a bit cold. Though the jacket is quite big for my size as it is Keith's obviously, but I didn't mind to slip into it as I found it only, on my way out.

I don't know for how long I kept walking, but I saw something in front of me in the dark alley all of a sudden which pulled me out of my thoughts in no time.

I saw a drunk man was dragging a girl forcefully in the middle of the dark street. Maybe they were returning from a night club or something. As I didn't know what were they up to, I decided to stop on my tracks to watch them for some time from a distance.

Soon it became clear to me what that man was trying to do, as soon as I heard the girl screaming for help. And that was when I snapped.

Even before the man could realise that there was another person except them, I reached for his hand, taking it off from the girl and twisted it in no time, causing him to scream in pain as I successfully broke one or two bones for sure.

“You bitch.” He screamed resonating the whole surrounding with his voice, and fell on the ground. And I cared least.

“You okay?” I asked the girl who was crying in fear, and nodded only, unable to form a word out of her mouth.

“Good. Where do you live? I'll get you back home.” I assured her as she showed me the way.

But when I was about to head towards the direction with that girl, I heard another commotion behind my back, causing me to turn around again.

I totally forgot about that bastard, who was still able to stand and attack from behind, even though I broke his arm totally.

But no,

When I turned around, he wasn't standing anymore, instead, he was lying on the ground and screaming horribly in tremendous pain, because his another arm got broken brutally, by... by someone I only realised now was standing across us.

“Even if you are brave, you have
