The first day

As I looked at the door, I was having second thoughts. I had no choice whatsoever, my mom demanded me to go. What I thought of the... outside, Was a fifth dimension, a distant universe 5 feet away from my feet. The very place was frowned upon on by billions of people in the 31st century. “I... I don’t want to go.” I mumbled. As my dad yelled at me about some random stuff I heard... a voice. It’s telling me to go, to live outside, to be free of all the binds that hold back my true power. What could that mean... my true power? My mom finished packing my bag full of sandwiches and then she put a dagger in. She smiled and handed me the bag and said, “ When you need the dagger use it...” Her smile went flat as I took the bag. “ An eighteen year old  needs to live on his own at his age.”

I turned the doorknob and pushed the door open. The outside was a lighter place than I expected. As my eyes hurt from the sun, I breathed slowly in and out. I took the first step out, and the ground was mushy. I started walking to the tall brown rods with green stuff on top. From my computer research I think it is called a tree. With the abundance of them, I knew the monsters would hide there. I could level up there and get better equipment. I knew that if I beat an enemy with armor, I could pick the armor up to defend me. I doubt that i could beat them with this dagger only so, i walked down the street then I looked at the map mom gave me and used it to follow the river and take a right. I looked up and there were tents and I knew I was there.

The place had not a lot of tents, and then tents i saw were patched together. This one however had a sign saying “weapons for most of your needs.” I walked toward the sign and hesitated. the merchant gave me a big smile and said, “hello there sonny, what can i do for ye’ here.” I walked over to the counter and looked at the weapons. I saw a rusty sword, a staff, and a bow with rusty arrows.

Now i knew in a online role playing game that you never pick magic because why waste your energy doing nothing except saying words and waving your hands when you can slaughter them to pieces. Then there was the sword. I knew it was great for slaughtering but, having armor, its pretty hard to actually hit them. Last but not least the bow. Great for sneaking and getting right through the small spots in armor, but i want monsters to know who killed them. “ how much are they?” I asked. I heard the creepy voice again, “300 gold.” I had just enough for one weapon.

I looked down, thinking about it because it is the most important decision i will ever make in my whole life. The types vary from sneak, strength, and magika. I did the math, the type you choose gives you a 3% boost on that type of weapons attack, 6% more chance enemies will have your type of weapon. Also a 2% increase on leveling up in that type. Not much a difference “HURRY UP, YOU’RE HOLDING THE LINE!” i heard him shriek. I look back and saw no one. “Fine, I’ll take the bow.”  I said without thinking. I should of got the sword but it was too late. I took the bow and put the quiver on my back. I gave him my gold, and walked out the tent

I walked down to the forest and heard a rustle in the bushes. As i took out my bow, a girl jumped out and snatched my bow. I was lucky that i still had the dagger mom gave, and i threw it in her leg. She fell to the ground and started crawling to get away. I ran to her then took the bow back. I yanked the dagger out of her calf as she yell in pain. I ran deeper into the forest to avoid her.

I walked through the forest, remembering the times i stayed inside all those years. Meeting the online friends, and forming good relationships. I had all the fun, but now i’m alone in the woods. My legs got heavy in the mud as i dragged them across the forest. The times i killed orcs and foxes with wolfiethegamer:) and bookkeeper11. Tears came down. I fell on my knees, crying. It was getting dark, but I could not move I... was too... tired. I fell in the mud, and went to sleep.

Up again

I woke up. I saw a fire and i was wrapped in a blanket. “Am... am, i dead?” I asked myself as i sat up. I looked over and saw three girls. One reminded me of wolfiethegamer:). I saw three boys. They reminded me about bookkeeper11, mr. Doctor, And Xbox. Then I saw... Darkmoon. To put this in the nicest words i can. He was the ultimate ugly mean bully, and i was the victim. I thrusted to my backpack took the dagger out, and I let it all out. First i started at the legs, stabbing his feet and cutting his leg off. Then, for the chest, slicing his stomach, then obliterating his heart. I then went for the head. I grabbed his head and Shoved my knife through his eye and out his skull. I lifted him up with the dagger, grabbed his neck, and i choke slammed him down to the ground. I lopped his head off. then, I started ripping his arm off. I slit his throat and repeatedly stabbed him. The others ripped me off of him and held me to the floor.
